膠質(zhì)芽孢桿菌菌劑對四種蔬菜種子發(fā)芽及幼苗生長的影響

【摘要】:以膠質(zhì)芽孢桿菌菌劑為研究對象,研究了其對黃瓜、番茄、茄子及辣椒4種蔬菜種子發(fā)芽率及幼苗生長的影響。結(jié)果表明:該菌劑處理的黃瓜、番茄、茄子和辣椒種子發(fā)芽率均高于對照組,依次是對照的1.10、1.10、1.07、1.07倍;處理組幼苗根長分別比對照增加3.76%、32.82%、1.50%和15.70%;處理組幼苗干質(zhì)量分別比對照增加36.36%、-12.82%、3.13%、16.67%,G值、根冠比與對照無顯著差異。綜上所述,膠質(zhì)芽孢桿菌菌劑能夠提高4種蔬菜種子的發(fā)芽率,但對蔬菜幼苗根生長的影響因蔬菜種類不同而異。
[Abstract]:The effects of Bacillus colloides on seed germination rate and seedling growth of cucumber, tomato, eggplant and pepper were studied. The results showed that the germination rate of cucumber, tomato, eggplant and pepper seeds treated with Bacillus colloides were 1.10, 1.10, 1.07 and 1.07 times higher than that of control, respectively. The dry weight of seedlings in treatment group increased by 36.36%, -12.82%, 3.13%, 16.67% compared with the control, respectively. There was no significant difference in G value and root-shoot ratio between the two groups.
