石灰及配合施用鎂和硅對(duì)土壤pH和鎘有效性的影響

【摘要】:【目的】為了研究在低濃度鎘污染土壤上,施用不同量石灰以及石灰與鎂、硅配合施用對(duì)土壤pH和鎘有效性的影響,尋求降低土壤中鎘生物有效性或毒性的有效實(shí)用技術(shù)措施。【方法】本研究分室內(nèi)小量土壤(10g)培養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)和模擬田間的較大量土壤(1.5kg)網(wǎng)室培養(yǎng)試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)設(shè)置對(duì)照、4個(gè)石灰用量、4個(gè)石灰用量加鎂和4個(gè)石灰用量加硅,共13個(gè)處理6次重復(fù),淹水培養(yǎng)60d(室內(nèi))和120d(網(wǎng)室)并定期測(cè)定土壤pH和有效鎘的變化規(guī)律。【結(jié)果】淹水后所有處理的土壤pH都隨培養(yǎng)時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而向中性趨近,初始pH越高的處理其最終pH降幅也越大。土壤有效鎘含量的變化與土壤pH呈負(fù)相關(guān)。所有處理土壤有效的含量都低于或顯著低于對(duì)照,不同物料和組合對(duì)土壤有效鎘含量的降低效果依次為石灰+Si石灰+Mg石灰,高量石灰處理明顯優(yōu)于低量石灰處理,石灰配施鎂或硅能進(jìn)一步降低土壤中鎘的有效性!窘Y(jié)論】施用石灰能有效降低土壤鎘的有效性,在石灰的基礎(chǔ)上配合施用硅或鎂的效果更佳。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the effects of different amounts of lime and lime combined with magnesium and silicon on soil pH and cadmium availability in soils contaminated with low concentration of cadmium. To seek effective and practical measures to reduce the bioavailability or toxicity of cadmium in soil. [methods] the experiment was conducted in laboratory with small amount of soil (10 g) and simulated in a large amount of soil (1.5kg) net culture. In the experiment, 4 lime, 4 lime and 4 lime were added with silicon, and 13 treatments were repeated for 6 times. 60 days (indoor) and 120 days (net room) of submerged culture, and the variation of soil pH and available cadmium were measured regularly. [results] the pH values of all treatments after flooding tended to be neutral with the extension of incubation time. The higher the initial pH, the larger the final pH decrease. There was a negative correlation between soil available cadmium content and soil pH. The available content of soil in all treatments was lower than or significantly lower than that of the control. The decreasing effect of different materials and combinations on soil available cadmium content was in order of lime, Si lime, mg lime, and high lime treatment was obviously superior to low volume lime treatment. [conclusion] Lime application can effectively reduce the availability of soil cadmium, and the combination of Si and mg on the basis of lime is better.
