不同水分處理對白漿參地土壤微生物群落功能多樣性和土壤狀況的影響

【摘要】:以農(nóng)田栽參主要土壤類型白漿土為研究試材,采用盆栽的方式,根據(jù)白漿土田間持水量的40%、60%、80%分別設(shè)置低、中、高水分處理組,采用Biolog微平板法和化學(xué)方法研究水分對土壤微生物代謝功能多樣性和土壤狀況的影響。結(jié)果表明:在高水分處理下(白漿土相對含水量為80%),物種豐富度指數(shù)、AWCD值和碳源利用豐富度指數(shù)最高;土壤速效磷含量顯著高于其它水分處理,同時土壤酶活性較高,對人參生長發(fā)育有利。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the main soil types of cultivated ginseng were used as the experimental materials, and the treatment groups of low, middle and high water content were set up according to 40% of the field water holding capacity of the clay soil and 80% of the water holding capacity in the field. Biolog microplate method and chemical method were used to study the effects of water on the metabolic function diversity and soil status of soil microorganisms. The results showed that the species richness index (AWCD) and carbon source utilization richness index were the highest under high water treatment (relative water content of alpine soil was 80%), the content of available phosphorus in soil was significantly higher than that of other water treatments, and the activity of soil enzyme was higher than that of other treatments. It is beneficial to the growth and development of ginseng.
