硝化-反硝化曝氣生物濾池改進工藝處理水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖廢水

【摘要】:采用出水回流的上流式曝氣生物濾池處理模擬水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖廢水,逐一優(yōu)化厭氧/好氧(A/O)一體化曝氣生物濾池中水力負(fù)荷、氣水體積比以及硝化液回流比等3個因素,通過分析出水水質(zhì)確定最佳運行參數(shù).結(jié)果表明:1)設(shè)定厭氧/好氧區(qū)域體積比為1∶1,當(dāng)工藝中水力負(fù)荷為39.86m3·(m~2·d)~(-1),硝化液回流比為200%,氣水體積比為2∶1,水力停留時間為1.81h時,污染物去除效果最佳,化學(xué)需氧量(chemical oxygen demand,COD)、氨氮、總氮和總磷的平均去除率分別達71.09%,96.29%,78.26%,17.22%;2)各優(yōu)化條件下,當(dāng)A/O體積比為1∶1時,該改進工藝下總氮去除效果可達GB 3838—2002《地表水環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中的Ⅲ類標(biāo)準(zhǔn).
[Abstract]:The upflow biological aerated filter (BAF) with effluent reflux was used to treat simulated aquiculture wastewater. Three factors such as hydraulic load, air-water volume ratio and nitrifying liquid reflux ratio were optimized one by one in the anaerobic / aerobic (A- / O) integrated aerated biofilter. The optimal operating parameters were determined by analyzing the effluent quality. The results show that when the volume ratio of anaerobic / aerobic region is 1: 1, the hydraulic load is 39.86m3 (m2d) ~ (-1), the reflux ratio of nitrification liquid is 200g, the volume ratio of air to water is 2: 1, and the hydraulic retention time is 1.81 h, the removal efficiency of pollutants is the best. The average removal rates of chemical oxygen demand (chemical oxygen), ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus reached 71.09%, 96.29% and 78.26% and 17.22 2% respectively) under various optimized conditions, when the volume ratio of A / O was 1:1, The removal efficiency of total nitrogen under the improved process can reach the class 鈪,
