濱海鹽漬土壤中不同類型鹽生植物富集鎘的效應(yīng)
[Abstract]:In order to make use of the coastal saline soil polluted by cadmium, the effects of three different halophytes on cadmium enrichment in saline soil were analyzed through experiments, in order to preliminarily explore the effects of different types of halophytes on the remediation of cadmium contaminated saline soil. Three types of halophytes were selected: polyhalophytes, halophytes and halophytes. The plant was cultivated in saline soil with different cadmium content for 60 days, and the bioconcentration factors of cadmium in different types of halophytes were determined and analyzed by pot experiment in greenhouse. The change of transfer coefficient, aboveground biomass and cadmium content in plant. The results showed that the soil with different cadmium content had little effect on the growth of Suaeda salsa and Reed, but had a great effect on the growth of Bicolor bicolor. There was no significant difference in the bioconcentration factors of CD in the aboveground part of Reed, and the percentage of CD uptake in the aboveground part of Reed was higher than that in the soil with different CD content. The transfer coefficient of Suaeda salsa and Reed was higher than that of Broca bicolor, and the transfer coefficient of Suaeda salsa had no significant change in the soil with different cadmium content. Among the 3 halophytes, Suaeda salsa has the most potential to repair cadmium contaminated saline soil with the increase of cadmium content in soil, which may be related to its physiological type of polyhalophyte. The total amount of cadmium enriched in the whole aboveground part of Reed plant is the highest among the three plants. Therefore, Reed can also be used as the remediation material of cadmium contaminated saline soil when the cadmium content is low.
