大洋臀紋粉蚧生物學(xué)特性研究

【摘要】:大洋臀紋粉蚧(Planococcus minor Maskell)是一種能夠危害多種作物的害蟲,是我國(guó)重要檢疫意義的有害生物。本文通過室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)大洋臀紋粉蚧的形態(tài)特征、習(xí)性行為、發(fā)育起點(diǎn)溫度、有效積溫、發(fā)育歷期進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,建立了以土豆為寄主的不同溫度條件下(20,23,26,29,32)實(shí)驗(yàn)種群生命表;測(cè)定了5種常見的藥劑對(duì)大洋臀紋粉蚧的室內(nèi)毒力;此外,運(yùn)用CLIMEX軟件對(duì)大洋臀紋粉蚧開展適生性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估。主要結(jié)果如下:1.通過室內(nèi)飼養(yǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)得出:在20~32溫度范圍內(nèi),大洋臀紋粉蚧雌雄世代發(fā)育歷期最短是在29條件下(30.34 d,28.80 d),最長(zhǎng)是在20條件下(54.35 d,51.97 d),且溫度與其世代發(fā)育速率的關(guān)系符合Logistic模型。2.通過大洋臀紋粉蚧飼養(yǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)得出:雌蟲世代發(fā)育起點(diǎn)溫度為10.74,有效積溫為610.15日·度;雄蟲世代發(fā)育起點(diǎn)溫度為8.52,有效積溫為655.48日·度;29條件下,大洋臀紋粉蚧的世代存活率(77.33%)和種群趨勢(shì)指數(shù)(I)(134.31)最高,但在17和35下,大洋臀紋粉蚧1齡若蟲生長(zhǎng)停滯。因此,低溫和高溫均不利于大洋臀紋粉蚧種群增長(zhǎng)。3.通過室內(nèi)毒力實(shí)驗(yàn)得出:10%吡蟲啉可濕性粉劑對(duì)大洋臀紋粉蚧雌成蟲防治效果最好(LC50 12.3397mg/L),毒力大小依次順序?yàn)?吡蟲啉啶蟲脒阿維菌素毒死蜱高效氯氰菊酯。4.利用CLIMEX軟件對(duì)大洋臀紋粉蚧在我國(guó)的潛在適生區(qū)進(jìn)行分析預(yù)測(cè),結(jié)果表明中國(guó)南方大部分省份和地區(qū)為高度適生區(qū)。
[Abstract]:(Planococcus minor Maskell) is a pest that can harm many kinds of crops. It is an important quarantine pest in China. In this paper, the morphological characteristics, habit behavior, developmental threshold temperature, effective accumulated temperature and developmental duration of the scale were systematically studied through laboratory experiments. The life table of the experimental population was established under different temperature conditions (2022326C2932) with potato as the host. The indoor virulence of five kinds of common insecticides to the scale was determined, and the suitable risk assessment was carried out by using CLIMEX software. The main results are as follows: 1. The results of indoor feeding experiments showed that the shortest development period of male and female generation was at 29 (30.34 d ~ 28.80 d),) (54.35 d ~ 51.97 d),) under 20 conditions, and the relationship between temperature and its generation development rate was in accordance with Logistic model. The results showed that the starting temperature of female generation was 10.74, the effective accumulated temperature was 610.15 degrees, the male generation temperature was 8.52, and the effective accumulated temperature was 655.48 degrees. The generation survival rate (77.33%) and population trend index (I) (134.31) were the highest, but at 17 and 35, the growth of the first instar nymphs was stagnant. Therefore, low temperature and high temperature are not conducive to population growth. 3. 3. The results of indoor virulence test showed that the wettable powder of 10% imidacloprid had the best control effect (LC50 12.3397mg/L) on female adults of the scale, and the order of virulence was as follows: cypermethrin, cypermethrin and cypermethrin. CLIMEX software was used to analyze and predict the potential suitable areas of the scale in China. The results showed that most provinces and regions in the south of China were highly adaptable.
