纖維素高效降解菌群構建及產(chǎn)酶底物優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為促進堆肥腐熟、縮短堆肥周期,通過平板初篩及酶活測定,從腐爛竹子、玉米秸稈中獲得4株酶活性較高纖維素降解菌并混合培養(yǎng),得到理想組合Cro-2/Bam-Q/Bam-3/Bam-1,其內(nèi)切葡聚糖酶(CX)、外切葡糖酶(C1)、β-外切葡萄糖苷酶(CB)及纖維素全酶(FPA)活性分別為12.54、14.65、7.71、11.98 U,均高于單一菌株酶活性。對混合菌群產(chǎn)酶底物優(yōu)化結果表明,當沼渣與水稻秸稈11混合,麩皮為氮源時,可有效提高混合菌群產(chǎn)酶活性。
[Abstract]:In order to promote composting maturity and shorten composting cycle, four strains of cellulose-degrading bacteria with high enzyme activity were obtained from decomposed bamboo and corn straw by plate screening and enzyme activity determination. An ideal combination Cro-2 / Bam-Q / Bam-3 / Bam-1 was obtained. The activities of endoglucanase (CX), exoglucinase (C1), 尾 -exoglucinase (CB) and cellulosic holoenzyme (FPA) were 12.54% 14.65.71.71 and 11.98, respectively, which were higher than those of single strain. The results showed that the enzyme production activity of mixed bacteria could be improved effectively when the mixture of biogas residue and rice straw 11 and wheat bran as nitrogen source.
