【摘要】：近些年來,國家對于農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化愈加重視。2014年中央農(nóng)村工作會議中指出農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化是國家現(xiàn)代化的基礎(chǔ)和支撐,強調(diào)了其仍然是“四化”的突出短板,表現(xiàn)出了國家對于農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化問題的高度關(guān)注,同時也體現(xiàn)出我國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展較為落后的客觀局面。在農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟體制改革不斷深入的過程中,推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化仍然是當(dāng)前促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收的有效途徑。因此,在現(xiàn)階段研究農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化影響農(nóng)民增收問題對于深入推進(jìn)農(nóng)村建設(shè)、經(jīng)濟社會持續(xù)健康發(fā)展具有重要的理論和實踐意義。首先,本文對關(guān)于農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化及其影響農(nóng)民增收的國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行述評,并從農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營、國家農(nóng)業(yè)支持保障體系、農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展以及同步協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展“四化”方面重點研究農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收的影響機制,為下文的實證研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。同時,具體分析我國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化目前存在的一些問題以及農(nóng)村居民收入現(xiàn)狀。然后,本文參考我國《農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化評價指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建研究》課題組2012年的一份研究報告挑選出七個代表性指標(biāo),進(jìn)而運用SPSS19.0對其中五個相關(guān)性較強的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行主成分分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上利用我國30個省2000年至2012年的相關(guān)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實證研究,分析農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化對農(nóng)民增收的影響程度�；貧w結(jié)果表明,農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化投入產(chǎn)出水平、農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展水平均顯著促進(jìn)了農(nóng)民增收,而財政支農(nóng)支出效果并不理想。最后,針對我國目前農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化存在的一些問題,提出了促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展、保障農(nóng)民收入穩(wěn)定可持續(xù)增加的政策建議,以期為推進(jìn)我國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化提供相關(guān)參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the state has paid more and more attention to agricultural modernization. At the 2014 Central Rural work Conference, it was pointed out that agricultural modernization is the foundation and support of national modernization, and that it is still a prominent short board of the "four modernizations". It shows that the state pays close attention to the problem of agricultural modernization, and at the same time reflects the objective situation that the development of agricultural modernization in our country is relatively backward. In the process of deepening the reform of rural economic system, promoting agricultural modernization is still an effective way to increase farmers' income. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the impact of agricultural modernization on the increase of farmers' income for the further development of rural construction and the sustainable and healthy development of economy and society. First of all, this paper reviews the domestic and foreign literature on agricultural modernization and its impact on farmers' income, and from the agricultural science and technology innovation, industrialization management, national agricultural support and security system, The sustainable development of agriculture and the coordinated development of "four modernizations" focus on the influence mechanism of agricultural modernization to increase farmers' income, which lays a theoretical foundation for the empirical research below. At the same time, it analyzes some problems existing in agricultural modernization and the current income of rural residents. Then, this paper selects seven representative indexes according to a 2012 research report of China's Agricultural Modernization Evaluation Index system, and then uses SPSS 19.0 to carry out principal component analysis on five of them with strong correlation. On the basis of this, using the relevant index data from 2000 to 2012 in 30 provinces of China, the paper analyzes the influence of agricultural modernization on farmers' income. The regression results show that the level of input and output of agricultural modernization and the level of sustainable development of agriculture have significantly promoted the increase of farmers' income, but the effect of fiscal expenditure on supporting agriculture is not satisfactory. Finally, in view of some problems existing in the agricultural modernization of our country at present, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of agricultural modernization and ensure the steady and sustainable increase of farmers' income, in order to provide relevant reference for promoting the agricultural modernization of our country.
