鹵水提取鉀制備硫酸鉀的研究

【摘要】:以鹵水和氟硼酸鈉為原料,反應(yīng)制備出氟硼酸鉀固體,再以濃硫酸和氟硼酸鉀反應(yīng),制備出硫酸鉀。在制備氟硼酸鉀步驟中,以氟硼酸鈉添加量、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為變量;在氟硼酸鉀與濃硫酸反應(yīng)步驟中,以濃硫酸添加量、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為變量,通過(guò)單因素變量法探索出該工藝海水提鉀并制備硫酸鉀的最佳條件,即提鉀過(guò)程中BF4-與K+摩爾比為1.13∶1,反應(yīng)溫度10℃,時(shí)間30 min,此條件下鉀離子回收率可達(dá)92.8%,通過(guò)XRD檢測(cè)可知,沉淀成分為氟硼酸鉀。制備硫酸鉀過(guò)程中,濃硫酸與KBF4摩爾比為0.697∶1,反應(yīng)溫度600℃,時(shí)間90 min。該工藝鉀提取率較高,所用試劑氟硼酸鈉能回收再利用,為我國(guó)鹵水提鉀以解決鉀資源缺乏問(wèn)題開(kāi)辟了新的思路。
[Abstract]:Potassium fluoroborate solid was prepared from brine and sodium fluoroborate, and potassium sulfate was prepared by reaction of concentrated sulfuric acid with potassium fluoroborate. In the step of preparing potassium fluoroborate, the amount of sodium fluoroborate, reaction temperature and reaction time are taken as variables, and in the step of reaction of potassium fluoroborate with concentrated sulfuric acid, the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid, reaction temperature and reaction time are variables. The optimum conditions for extracting potassium from seawater and preparing potassium sulfate by single factor variable method were studied.
