【摘要】:【目的】從分子水平上對(duì)珍稀瀕危藥用植物大花杓蘭根際土壤細(xì)菌群落多樣性進(jìn)行初步探討!痉椒ā客ㄟ^Illumina Miseq高通量測(cè)序技術(shù)對(duì)大花杓蘭根際土壤細(xì)菌16S rRNA基因的V3~V4高變區(qū)片段進(jìn)行測(cè)序,而后進(jìn)行生物信息學(xué)分析!窘Y(jié)果】共得到166,847條16S rRNA基因序列;凇97%的相似度水平,通過聚類共獲得1549個(gè)可操作分類單元(operational taxonomic units,OTUs)。大花杓蘭根際土壤細(xì)菌在門、綱、目、科和屬分類水平上的優(yōu)勢(shì)類群分別為變形菌門Proteobacteria(39.67%)、α-變形菌綱α-Proteobacteria(24.72%)、根瘤菌目Rhizobiales(11.11%)、鞘脂單胞菌科Sphingomonadaceae(7.13%)和鞘氨醇單胞菌屬Sphingomonas(6.27%)!窘Y(jié)論】首次揭示了大花杓蘭根際土壤細(xì)菌群落的多樣性,為進(jìn)一步探究大花杓蘭與其根際細(xì)菌的相互關(guān)系以及大花杓蘭的遷地保育奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the diversity of bacterial community in rhizosphere soil of rare and endangered medicinal plant Dipper Magnoliae at molecular level. [methods] the 16s rRNA base of bacteria in rhizosphere soil of Dipper Magnoliae was determined by high throughput sequencing technique of Illumina Miseq.
