3種半翅目小型昆蟲的疏水行為及其前跗節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)比較

【摘要】:以茶小綠葉蟬、茶蚜和白背飛虱3種農(nóng)業(yè)上重要的半翅目害蟲為研究對(duì)象,觀察比較它們?cè)谒嫔系氖杷袨榧捌淝磅乒?jié)的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu).結(jié)果表明,白背飛虱成蟲和若蟲均可站立于水面并具有較強(qiáng)的滑行能力,表明其前跗節(jié)疏水性最強(qiáng);茶小綠葉蟬成蟲可站立于水面,若蟲足易陷入水中,表明成蟲的前跗節(jié)疏水性強(qiáng)于若蟲;茶蚜成蟲和若蟲足均陷入水中,表明其前跗節(jié)無(wú)疏水作用,但茶蚜成蟲和若蟲在水面均有聚集抱團(tuán)現(xiàn)象;這3種昆蟲都無(wú)法站立于大豆油面.電鏡觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),茶小綠葉蟬成蟲的前跗節(jié)較若蟲更加扁平,爪中墊為一對(duì)橢圓形吸盤狀結(jié)構(gòu),且表面附著的刺體數(shù)量顯著多于若蟲;茶蚜成蟲和若蟲具有一對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)的爪及2根棍棒狀中墊毛,缺少爪墊及爪中墊;白背飛虱成蟲和若蟲具有發(fā)達(dá)的杯狀吸盤結(jié)構(gòu)的爪中墊.
[Abstract]:Three important hemiptera pests in agriculture, tea green leafhopper, tea aphid and white back planthopper, were used to observe and compare their hydrophobic behavior on the water surface and the morphological structure of the anterior tarsal. The results showed that both adults and nymphs could stand on the water and had strong gliding ability, which indicated that the anterior tarsal node was the most hydrophobic, while the adult of the tea green leafhopper could stand on the water, and the nymphs were prone to fall into the water. The results showed that the hydrophobicity of the anterior tarsal node of the adult was stronger than that of the nymphs, and that both the adult and the nymphs were in water, indicating that the anterior tarsal node had no hydrophobic effect, but both the adults and the nymphs were clustered on the water surface. None of the three insects could stand on soybean oil noodles. The results of electron microscope showed that the anterior tarsal ganglia of the adult was more flat than that of the nymphs, and the clawed with a pair of elliptical sucker structures, and the number of spines attached on the surface was significantly more than that of the nymphs. The adults and nymphs of the tea aphid have a pair of developed claws and two clavelike middle mats, but they lack the claw pads and the middle paw mats, while the adults and nymphs of the white back planthopper have developed cup sucker structure.
