【摘要】：在我國,芽苗菜種植栽培始于上個世紀90年代,絕大部分生產(chǎn)模式以家庭人工為主,人工勞動繁雜,難以實現(xiàn)大規(guī)�；a(chǎn)。生產(chǎn)設備的落后以及氣候條件的限制,導致傳統(tǒng)手工生產(chǎn)的芽苗菜不能全年生產(chǎn)與無菌生長,并且在栽培中經(jīng)常使用農(nóng)藥化肥導致芽苗菜帶有藥物殘渣。本課題吸取國外先進生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗,在對傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)模式深入研究基礎上,提出采用計算機控制技術替代人工控制芽苗菜生長環(huán)境,對溫度、濕度、光照等因素,科學運用專家系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)芽苗菜整個生產(chǎn)過程的簡易化、智能化與無公害化,結合實際功能需求,自行研制一套具有聯(lián)網(wǎng)功能的智能生態(tài)箱。在生態(tài)箱中培育各種芽苗菜,生態(tài)箱內(nèi)的智能控制系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)對芽苗菜生長的智能控制。首先,溫度、濕度傳感器對生態(tài)箱內(nèi)的溫度、濕度進行采集處理,溫度與濕度數(shù)據(jù)被送入微控制器,微控制器根據(jù)專家系統(tǒng)自動控制外部設備來調(diào)節(jié)溫度、濕度、光照、通風,為芽苗菜提供最適宜的生長環(huán)境。微控制器將傳感器采集的溫度、濕度數(shù)據(jù)分別通過WIFI無線模塊和RS232串口傳送給遠程監(jiān)控軟件與本地觸控屏。遠程監(jiān)控軟件與本地觸控屏可以人工發(fā)送指令控制生態(tài)箱內(nèi)的繼電器負載,同時根據(jù)栽培芽苗菜品種的不同向微控制器中寫入芽苗菜專家系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了本地觸控屏監(jiān)控與遠程網(wǎng)絡監(jiān)控的有機結合,聯(lián)網(wǎng)化和智能化必然成為今后芽苗菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展方向。最終智能生態(tài)箱成功應用在遠洋科考船上,經(jīng)過半年時間的試用,證明系統(tǒng)設計科學可靠,具有進一步推廣的價值。
[Abstract]:In China, the cultivation of sprouts and vegetables began in the 1990s. Most of the production models are mainly family labor, and the artificial labor is complicated, so it is difficult to realize large-scale production. Because of the backward production equipment and the restriction of climatic conditions, the traditional hand-produced sprouts could not produce and grow aseptically all year round, and the pesticide fertilizer was often used in the cultivation, which resulted in the drug residue in the sprouts. Based on the deep study of the traditional production mode, this subject draws on the advanced production experience of foreign countries, and proposes to use the computer control technology instead of the artificial control of the growing environment of sprout vegetables, and scientifically apply the expert system to the factors such as temperature, humidity, illumination and so on. In order to realize the simplicity, intelligence and pollution-free of the whole production process of sprout vegetables, a set of intelligent ecological box with the function of networking was developed according to the actual functional requirements. All kinds of sprout vegetables were cultivated in the ecological box, and the intelligent control system in the ecological box realized the intelligent control of the growth of the sprouts. First of all, the temperature and humidity sensor collects and processes the temperature and humidity in the ecological box, and the temperature and humidity data are fed into the microcontroller, which automatically controls the external equipment according to the expert system to adjust the temperature, humidity, illumination, ventilation, To provide the most suitable growth environment for sprout vegetables. The temperature and humidity data collected by the sensor are transmitted to remote monitoring software and local touch screen by WiFi wireless module and RS232 serial port respectively. The remote monitoring software and the local touch screen can manually send instructions to control the relay load in the ecological box, and at the same time write the sprout vegetable expert system to the microcontroller according to the different varieties of the cultivated sprouts. The system realizes the organic combination of local touch control screen monitoring and remote network monitoring. Networking and intelligentization will inevitably become the development direction of sprout vegetable industry in the future. Finally, the intelligent ecological box was successfully applied on the ocean-going scientific research ship. After half a year's trial, it proved that the system design was scientific and reliable, and had the value of further popularization.
