復(fù)合微生物肥料研制與效果研究

【摘要】:復(fù)合微生物肥料在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中具有社會(huì)、生態(tài)和經(jīng)濟(jì)等多方面的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義;本研究以篩選的根瘤菌、解磷菌、解鉀菌最佳配比為基礎(chǔ),配合生長(zhǎng)激活劑的作用,探索混合培養(yǎng)條件下復(fù)合菌株適宜生長(zhǎng)條件,通過(guò)菌株溶解能力及酒糟菌肥肥效測(cè)試明確復(fù)合菌株活性和功效;為制造優(yōu)質(zhì)高效復(fù)合微生物肥料奠定基礎(chǔ)。主要結(jié)論如下:1)通過(guò)拮抗試驗(yàn)證明,所選根瘤菌、解磷菌、解鉀菌三種微生物可以混合培養(yǎng);菌種配比(根瘤菌:解磷菌:解鉀菌為1:1:1)中復(fù)合菌種株生長(zhǎng)量較高,混合培養(yǎng)后復(fù)合菌株中固氮菌和解鉀菌數(shù)量比單獨(dú)培養(yǎng)高出21.8%和35.4%,即菌株間存在協(xié)同作用。2)復(fù)合菌株培養(yǎng)條件優(yōu)化結(jié)果表明:不同氮源配比(蛋白胨:黃豆粉:硫酸銨)為4:3:3,碳源為淀粉和蔗糖時(shí)更有利于復(fù)合菌株的生長(zhǎng)。當(dāng)培養(yǎng)溫度為33°C、液體培養(yǎng)基初始pH為7.2、培養(yǎng)時(shí)間為72h、激活劑用量為3.5‰時(shí),復(fù)合菌株中固氮菌、解磷菌、解鉀菌數(shù)量可分別提升至2.27×107cfu/mL、0.89×109cfu/mL和1.93×109cfu/mL,復(fù)合菌株解磷率可達(dá)9.10%,解鉀率為9.74%。3)施用酒糟菌肥能顯著提高土壤酶活性,酒糟菌肥與無(wú)機(jī)肥混施相比單施酒糟菌肥、無(wú)機(jī)肥土壤脲酶活性分別提高了4.2%和25.5%。4)等氮量施用條件下;在白菜結(jié)球期,酒糟菌肥與無(wú)機(jī)肥混施處理土壤全氮、堿解氮含量比純施酒糟分別高出9.8%和11.6%,且土壤有效磷、速效鉀含量持續(xù)增加,土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)含量也顯著提高。5)施用復(fù)合微生物肥料可顯著提高土壤中固氮菌、解磷菌和解鉀菌數(shù)量,酒糟菌肥和無(wú)機(jī)肥混施處理比單施酒糟菌肥土壤中解有機(jī)磷和解無(wú)機(jī)磷數(shù)量分別高出11.5%、25.9%。6)酒糟菌肥與無(wú)機(jī)肥混施后大白菜產(chǎn)量與單施無(wú)機(jī)肥料差異不大,但大白菜品質(zhì)得到有效的提高,因此酒糟菌肥配施無(wú)機(jī)肥不但可保證大白菜產(chǎn)量,而且可明顯提升其生理品質(zhì)具有更好的農(nóng)學(xué)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Compound microbial fertilizer has social, ecological and economic significance in agricultural production. To explore the suitable growth conditions for the compound strains under mixed culture conditions, the activity and efficacy of the compound strains were determined by the test of the dissolution ability of the strains and the fertilizer efficiency of distiller's grains, which laid the foundation for the manufacture of high quality and high efficiency compound microbial fertilizers. The main conclusions were as follows: the antagonistic test showed that the three microbes, rhizobia, phosphorus releasing bacteria and potassium lyase bacteria, could be mixed cultured, and the ratio of strains (rhizobia: phosphorus solubilizing bacteria: potassium hydrolytic bacteria was 1: 1: 1: 1) had higher growth rate. The number of nitrogen-fixing bacteria and potassium lyase bacteria in mixed culture was 21.8% and 35.4% higher than that in single culture, i.e., there was synergistic effect between strains. 2) the results showed that the ratio of different nitrogen sources (peptone: soybean powder) was higher than that of single culture. Ammonium sulfate was 4: 3: 3, and the carbon source was starch and sucrose. When the culture temperature was 33 擄C, the initial pH of liquid medium was 7.2, the culture time was 72 hours, and the amount of activator was 3.5 鈥,
