[Abstract]:In order to explore the effect of fermented corn straw on soil fertility, unfermented corn straw was used as control. Pot experiment was used to compare and analyze the change of soil fertility index after different ratio of 1: 1: 2: 1: 1: 1: 6: 1) straw and corn straw fermented by sludge were added to saline-alkali soil with different dosage of 1.25 ~ 2.50 ~ 3.75 ~ 5.00 g 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) respectively. The results showed that the content of soil organic matter and available potassium increased significantly and the available nitrogen and phosphorus content of soil decreased after fermenting. By comparison and analysis, the effect of corn straw with the ratio of 2.50 g/kg to 2:1 on soil fertility index and soil enzyme activity was most significant. Among them, soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen increased by 0.90 times and 1.07 times respectively compared with the original soil, and soil alkaline phosphatase was also increased by 0.90 times and 1.07 times than that of the original soil, respectively. Urease, cellulase and catalase increased 54.47% and 37.00% and 33.82%, respectively, compared with the original soil.
