【摘要】：文章利用《清代新疆檔案選輯》等檔案資料,著重就晚清吐魯番義倉(cāng)的設(shè)置(背景、時(shí)間、倉(cāng)廒、谷本與加息章程等)及其分布情況進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的探討和考證,指出吐魯番義倉(cāng)大概經(jīng)歷了光緒十年老新兩城漢回義倉(cāng)的設(shè)置,光緒二十五年老城、托克遜、牙木什與魯克沁四處纏民(維吾爾)義倉(cāng)的設(shè)置,以及從光緒二十九年鄯善設(shè)縣起,歷經(jīng)"議分義糧"與肢解魯克沁義倉(cāng)形成新義倉(cāng)三個(gè)階段。至光緒末年,吐魯番盆地總共形成了23處義倉(cāng),除位于城關(guān)地區(qū)的漢民與回民義倉(cāng)各2處外,其余19處主要分布于維吾爾居住的廣大鄉(xiāng)村,并使之成為當(dāng)?shù)鼐S吾爾社會(huì)新的社會(huì)救濟(jì)組織之一。
[Abstract]:Based on the archives of Xinjiang in Qing Dynasty, this paper makes a detailed discussion and textual research on the setting (background, time, granary, grain and articles of association of raising interest rate) and its distribution of the Yi storehouse in Turpan in the late Qing Dynasty. It is pointed out that the Yichang in Turpan has probably experienced the setting up of the Han Hui Yi Cang in the old town of Guang Xu ten years old, the old town of Guang Xu 25 years, the Tokson, Yamushi and Rukeqin, which are set up around the Uygur (Uygur). Since Shanshan county was established in Guang Xu 29, it has gone through three stages: "discussing the division of grain" and "dismembering Lukeqin Yibin" to form a new Yi storehouse. By the end of Guang Xu, 23 Yichang were formed in the Turpan basin. Except for the Han people and Hui people in Chengguan area, the remaining 19 were mainly distributed in the vast rural areas inhabited by Uygur. And make it become one of the new social relief organizations in Uygur society.
