【摘要】：水土保持生態(tài)效應(yīng)評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)了解水土保持措施的合理性、適宜性具有重要意義。根據(jù)水土保持生態(tài)效應(yīng)在減少土壤侵蝕、減小地表徑流、增加植被覆蓋率和改善大氣環(huán)境等四方面的成效機(jī)制,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)生態(tài)效應(yīng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的研究成果,建立了包含七個(gè)指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并采用組合賦權(quán)法確定各指標(biāo)權(quán)重;針對(duì)實(shí)施水土保持措施后不同時(shí)間段內(nèi)評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象的生態(tài)響應(yīng),引入了指標(biāo)的響應(yīng)強(qiáng)度用于評(píng)價(jià)生態(tài)效應(yīng)四大方面的改善程度,并通過(guò)計(jì)算評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象的綜合評(píng)價(jià)值揭示其總體響應(yīng)趨勢(shì)。通過(guò)對(duì)生態(tài)效應(yīng)定量評(píng)價(jià)模型的實(shí)例分析發(fā)現(xiàn),采用組合賦權(quán)法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重更為合理;生態(tài)效應(yīng)中的保土和調(diào)水作用響應(yīng)時(shí)間更短;水土保持措施對(duì)于改善生態(tài)環(huán)境是有積極作用的。
[Abstract]:Ecological effect evaluation of soil and water conservation is of great significance to understanding the rationality and suitability of soil and water conservation measures. According to the ecological effects of soil and water conservation in reducing soil erosion, reducing surface runoff, increasing vegetation coverage and improving the atmosphere environment, the paper draws on the study of ecological effect evaluation index system at home and abroad. As a result, the evaluation index system containing seven indexes is established, and the weight of each index is determined by the combined empowerment method. The ecological response of the evaluation objects in different time periods after the implementation of soil and water conservation measures is introduced, and the response intensity of the index is introduced to evaluate the improvement of the four aspects of the ecological effect and the comprehensive evaluation of the evaluation objects. The evaluation value reveals the overall response trend. Through the analysis of the quantitative evaluation model of ecological effect, it is found that the combination weighting method is more reasonable to determine the index weight, and the response time of soil conservation and water regulation is shorter in the ecological effect, and the measures of soil and water conservation have positive effect on improving the ecological environment.
