【摘要】：在氣候環(huán)境惡化與國際減碳目標(biāo)的壓力下,長期被忽視的農(nóng)村能源消費(fèi)問題需要引起各界高度重視;中國農(nóng)村能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)正在從傳統(tǒng)的非商品能源消費(fèi)模式過渡到商品能源消費(fèi)模式,農(nóng)家能源需求正在成為中國能源需求和碳排放增長的主要來源。該研究在中國能源供求變化趨勢的基礎(chǔ)上,利用北京市13個涉農(nóng)區(qū)縣,抽選214個村,對1866戶的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),對北京地區(qū)農(nóng)村能源消費(fèi)現(xiàn)狀及問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)校對,進(jìn)一步結(jié)合農(nóng)村政策措施,評估壓減燃煤效果和清潔能源供應(yīng)趨勢,提出農(nóng)村能源結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整路徑,以期推動農(nóng)村地區(qū)清潔能源利用水平和壓減燃煤工作的落實(shí)。
[Abstract]:Under the pressure of climate and environmental degradation and international carbon reduction targets, the long neglected rural energy consumption needs to be highly valued by all walks of life. China's rural energy consumption structure is shifting from the traditional non commodity energy consumption pattern to the mode of commodity energy consumption, and the demand for agricultural energy is becoming the energy demand and carbon emission in China. On the basis of the changing trend of China's energy supply and demand, the study makes use of 13 villages and counties in Beijing, selected 214 villages, and the survey data of 1866 households, systematically proofread the current situation and problems of energy consumption in rural areas in Beijing, and further combine the measures of rural policies to assess the effect of reducing the effect of coal burning and the supply of clean energy. The trend of rural energy structure adjustment is put forward in order to promote the utilization level of clean energy in rural areas and reduce the implementation of coal-fired work.
