【摘要】：為解決慶安縣水權(quán)確權(quán)工作存在的問題,根據(jù)確定的可分配水總量對慶安縣生活用水、生態(tài)用水、非農(nóng)生產(chǎn)用水、預(yù)留水量和農(nóng)業(yè)用水進(jìn)行初始水權(quán)分配,明確了確權(quán)工作目的與意義,最后介紹了確權(quán)登記發(fā)證工作。確定了慶安縣縣域水資源的空間范圍,明晰了水權(quán)的歸屬關(guān)系和權(quán)利義務(wù)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of confirming the right of water right in Qingan County, according to the total amount of distributable water, the initial water rights are allocated to the domestic water, ecological water, non-agricultural production water, reserved water quantity and agricultural water use in Qingan County. The purpose and significance of the right confirmation work are clarified. Finally, the registration and certification work of the right confirmation is introduced. The spatial range of water resources in Qingan County is determined, and the relationship of ownership and rights and obligations of water rights are clarified.
