【摘要】：地力評價是對一定地域內(nèi)土壤因素的綜合評價,也叫做土壤肥力評價。目前,地力評價的方法有很多,主要包括層次分析法、經(jīng)驗判斷指數(shù)法、灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法和模糊綜合評價法等多種,計算機和信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展使得神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與SVM(支持向量機)成為地力評價的熱點。本文首先介紹了國內(nèi)外常用的地力等級評價方法,并分析了現(xiàn)有方法的不足,結(jié)合地力數(shù)據(jù)的特點,提出了基于PCA(主成份分析)與SVM(支持向量機)相結(jié)合的分類評價方法；然后簡要論述了主成份分析和支持向量機的理論基礎(chǔ)；運用隸屬度函數(shù)計算出各評價指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,克服了傳統(tǒng)的主觀設(shè)置權(quán)重的方法；求出各樣本的地力等級,并作為評價模型中樣本的標(biāo)簽；通過構(gòu)建PCA-SVM等級評價模型,將PCA-SVM評價模型應(yīng)用于地力等級評價實驗中,并與單一的SVM評價模型、BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)評價模型、Apriori半監(jiān)督機器學(xué)習(xí)評價方法進行比較,根據(jù)實驗結(jié)果分析該模型的可行性。實驗證明,該評價模型不僅能夠?qū)Φ亓ο嚓P(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行約減,減少數(shù)據(jù)冗余,降低數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜度,而且在分類精度和穩(wěn)定性等方面表現(xiàn)較佳,且減少了人為主觀因素的影響,為地力等級評價提供了新的選擇。
[Abstract]:Soil fertility evaluation is a comprehensive evaluation of soil factors in a certain area, also known as soil fertility evaluation. At present, there are many methods for the evaluation of earth force, including Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), empirical judgment Index (EPI), Grey Relational degree Analysis and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, etc. With the development of computer and information technology, neural network and SVM (support vector machine) become the focus of earth force evaluation. Firstly, this paper introduces the common methods of land force grade evaluation at home and abroad, and analyzes the shortcomings of the existing methods. Combined with the characteristics of soil force data, a classification evaluation method based on PCA (Principal component Analysis) and SVM (support Vector Machine) is put forward. Then it briefly discusses the theoretical basis of principal component analysis and support vector machine, calculates the weight of each evaluation index by using membership function, overcomes the traditional method of setting weight subjectively, and calculates the soil force grade of each sample. It is used as the label of the sample in the evaluation model, and the PCA-SVM evaluation model is applied to the evaluation experiment of the earth force grade by constructing the evaluation model of the PCA-SVM grade. The feasibility of the model is analyzed according to the experimental results compared with that of the single SVM evaluation model, the BP neural network evaluation model and the apriori semi-supervised machine learning evaluation method. The experimental results show that the model can not only reduce the data redundancy and complexity, but also improve the classification accuracy and stability, and reduce the influence of human subjective factors. It provides a new choice for the evaluation of soil fertility grade.
