一種巴爾喀什蘑菇發(fā)酵料腐生菌的鑒定及其生物學特性研究

【摘要】:【目的】制作巴爾喀什蘑菇培養(yǎng)料生產(chǎn)過程中,常發(fā)現(xiàn)一種腐生菌引起的病害,表現(xiàn)為棉籽殼發(fā)酵料發(fā)酵溫度持續(xù)偏低,料面濕滑。研究該病害的病原和生物學特性,為該病害的有效控制提供依據(jù)!痉椒ā糠蛛x得到病原菌,觀察形態(tài)特征和分析r DNA-ITS序列!窘Y(jié)果】該病原菌為粉紅菌寄生菌(Hypomyces rosellus)的分生孢子階段Cladobotryum noes菌寄生所致巴爾喀什蘑菇粉紅菌病。該病原菌菌絲體最佳生長條件為20℃,屬低溫菌,pH 5.5偏酸性生長。葡萄糖為碳源,蛋白胨為氮源,光照對菌絲體生長有一定抑制作用!窘Y(jié)論】在食用菌生產(chǎn)過程中前期嚴格控制溫度條件,做好二次發(fā)酵,加強通風和環(huán)境衛(wèi)生管理有助于預防巴爾喀什蘑菇紅菌病害發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:[objective] during the production of mushroom culture material from Barkash, a kind of disease caused by rot bacteria is often found, which shows that the fermentation temperature of cottonseed shell fermenting material is on the low side and the material surface is wet and slippery. The pathogen and biological characteristics of the disease were studied to provide the basis for the effective control of the disease. The morphological characteristics and the sequence of r DNA-ITS were observed. [results] the pathogen was caused by the parasitism of Cladobotryum noes in conidial stage of Hypomyces rosellus.
