肥料成粒相關(guān)影響因素的研究

【摘要】:本論文從固體粘結(jié)劑(如輕鈣、凹凸棒土和黃色脫硫石膏)的類型和造粒工藝參數(shù)兩方面出發(fā),探討各相關(guān)影響因素對(duì)肥料造粒的影響。通過(guò)肥料與固體粘結(jié)劑的休止角變化趨勢(shì),探究固體粘結(jié)劑成粒機(jī)理,,構(gòu)建休止角與肥料成粒的關(guān)聯(lián)。在28-6-6試驗(yàn)中,通過(guò)改變固體粘結(jié)劑混合方式和使用微波加熱方法,探究其對(duì)肥料成粒的作用,為產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)化提供了理論依據(jù)。 首先,比較不同固體粘結(jié)劑(輕鈣、凹凸棒土和黃色脫硫石膏)分別與單一肥鉀肥、氮肥和復(fù)合肥25-0-5系列混合后休止角的變化趨勢(shì)。結(jié)果表明,添加固體粘結(jié)劑的物料與未添加固體粘結(jié)劑相比,休止角明顯增加4~7.5°。這主要是由固體粘結(jié)劑輕鈣、凹凸棒土和黃色脫硫石膏內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)決定的。且在一定配比范圍對(duì)應(yīng)的成粒效果最好。以此建立了休止角-固體粘結(jié)劑結(jié)構(gòu)-化肥成粒機(jī)理模型,為將固體粘結(jié)劑應(yīng)用于肥料生產(chǎn)提供理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次,研究了28-6-6復(fù)合肥在小試、中試和大試的成粒情況。通過(guò)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證預(yù)混合方式對(duì)于成粒效果的影響。從肥料體系中物料之間相互作用(物理、化學(xué)方面),探究固體粘結(jié)劑在28-6-6系列造粒過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵作用,探究制備工藝對(duì)于肥料成粒的影響。結(jié)果表明,在28-6-6配方中,當(dāng)熟石膏和輕鈣預(yù)混合,且混合時(shí)間為2h時(shí),使用水為液體粘結(jié)劑時(shí),成粒效果最佳。 最后,通過(guò)比較28-6-6在使用不同固體粘結(jié)劑時(shí)的造粒試驗(yàn)和電鏡圖分析,得到當(dāng)固體粘結(jié)劑為熟石膏時(shí)明顯比使用二水脫硫石膏(即生石膏)時(shí)的成粒效果好。并研究了固體粘結(jié)劑生石膏在微波加熱條件下的形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化。通過(guò)試驗(yàn)探究功率,物料量等因素對(duì)于生石膏形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化的影響。從小試試驗(yàn)和微觀角度闡述了制備工藝微波加熱在肥料成粒中的應(yīng)用。 總之,本文從肥料與不同固體粘結(jié)劑的休止角變化情況入手,探究固體粘結(jié)劑內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)與肥料成粒之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián),并從制備工藝角度出發(fā),研究了物料預(yù)混合和微波加熱方式對(duì)成粒的影響,從而為肥料造粒提供試驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the types of solid binder ( such as light calcium , attapulgite and yellow desulfurization gypsum ) and the parameters of granulation process , this paper discusses the influence of various influencing factors on the granulation of fertilizer . In the experiment of 28 - 6 - 6 , by changing the mixing mode of solid binder and using microwave heating method , this paper studies its effect on fertilizer granulation and provides theoretical basis for the industrialization of the product .

First , the change tendency of repose angle was compared with the mixture of single fertilizer , potash fertilizer , nitrogen fertilizer and compound fertilizer 25 - 0 - 5 . The results showed that the angle of repose increased by 4 - 7.5 擄 compared with that of non - added solid binder . The mechanism model of repose angle - solid binder structure - fertilizer granulation mechanism was established to provide theoretical basis for applying solid binder to fertilizer production .

The effect of pre - mixing method on granulation was studied by means of experiment . The key role of solid binder in 28 - 6 - 6 series granulation process was investigated . The results showed that when plaster and light calcium were pre - mixed in 28 - 6 - 6 formulation , and the mixing time was 2h , the granulation effect was the best when water was used as liquid binder .

Finally , by comparing the granulation test and the electron microscope chart of 28 - 6 - 6 when using different solid binder , it was found that when the solid binder was plaster , the granulation effect was better than that when using dihydrate desulfurized gypsum ( i.e . , gypsum ) . The influence of the factors such as power and material quantity on the morphology transformation of gypsum was studied .

In conclusion , the internal relationship between the internal structure of solid binder and the granulation of fertilizer was investigated from the change of the angle of repose of fertilizer and different solid binder , and the effect of pre - mixing and microwave heating on granulation was studied from the viewpoint of preparation process , thus providing experimental basis for fertilizer granulation .
