【摘要】:【目的】掌握采用糖廠濾泥經(jīng)功能菌發(fā)酵制成生物有機(jī)肥的特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律,為促進(jìn)廣西蔗區(qū)糖料蔗產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)生產(chǎn)提供技術(shù)支持,同時(shí)為政府制定農(nóng)業(yè)種植環(huán)境保護(hù)相關(guān)政策提供決策參考!痉椒ā吭趶V西重要蔗糖生產(chǎn)區(qū)(來賓市興賓區(qū)和崇左市大新縣)開展以糖廠濾泥為原料、發(fā)酵生產(chǎn)生物有機(jī)肥的田間試驗(yàn),研究糖廠濾泥發(fā)酵生產(chǎn)生物有機(jī)肥的特征及肥效!窘Y(jié)果】采用功能菌發(fā)酵糖廠濾泥生產(chǎn)生物有機(jī)肥的腐熟速度快,受環(huán)境因素影響較小,發(fā)酵效果穩(wěn)定,發(fā)酵溫度最高達(dá)77.2℃,且70.0~77.2℃的維持時(shí)間長(zhǎng)達(dá)12 d;發(fā)酵后的有機(jī)質(zhì)含量和有機(jī)酸轉(zhuǎn)化率優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,分別較傳統(tǒng)(自然)發(fā)酵提高30.2%和12.3%(絕對(duì)值)。功能菌發(fā)酵生物有機(jī)肥對(duì)水稻、黃瓜和甘蔗有明顯的增產(chǎn)作用,對(duì)應(yīng)的平均產(chǎn)量分別為5971.5、76705.5和118780.5 kg/ha,較施等量傳統(tǒng)(自然)發(fā)酵生物有機(jī)肥處理分別增產(chǎn)7.83%、41.19%和6.91%。施用功能菌發(fā)酵生物有機(jī)肥的土壤理化性狀指標(biāo)均高于施用傳統(tǒng)(自然)發(fā)酵生物有機(jī)肥處理,其中土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)、速效氮、速效磷和速效鉀的含量分別為15.75 g/kg、67 mg/kg、14 mg/kg和69 mg/kg,而氮、磷和鉀利用率分別為39.3%、12.8%和52.8%。【結(jié)論】采用功能菌發(fā)酵糖廠濾泥生產(chǎn)生物有機(jī)肥較傳統(tǒng)(自然)發(fā)酵糖廠濾泥生產(chǎn)生物有機(jī)肥更具優(yōu)勢(shì),具體表現(xiàn)為腐熟速度快、發(fā)酵溫度高且保持時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、發(fā)酵后有機(jī)質(zhì)含量和有機(jī)酸轉(zhuǎn)化率優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,同時(shí)具有增產(chǎn)、提高土壤肥力和肥料利用率的作用,生產(chǎn)上可大面積推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:[objective] to grasp the characteristics and rules of making bio-organic fertilizer by fermentation of functional bacteria from filter mud of sugar mill, and to provide technical support for promoting the sustainable production of sugarcane industry in Guangxi sugarcane region. At the same time, it provides a decision reference for the government to formulate policies related to the environmental protection of agricultural planting. [methods] in the important sugar production areas of Guangxi (Xingbin District of Laibin City and Daxin County of Chongzuo City), the filter mud from sugar mills was used as raw material. The field experiment of fermentation and production of bio-organic fertilizer was carried out to study the characteristics and fertilizer efficiency of fermentation of bio-organic fertilizer by fermentation of sludge from sugar mill. [results] the rate of decay of bio-organic fertilizer produced by fermentation sludge of sugar factory with functional bacteria was fast, and the effect of environmental factors was relatively small.
