碳排放約束下的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心選址實證研究

【摘要】:隨著人民生活條件的逐漸提高,人們對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品需求的要求也不斷提高,新鮮、綠色、健康逐漸成為人們的焦點,尤其是蔬菜、水果、肉類或海鮮類等生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品。合理的設立農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心能夠使農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的流通瓶頸得以改善、流通效率得到提高、物流成本減少。所以,對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心的選址問題進行研究是比較有意義的。近年來,人們對環(huán)境問題頗為關(guān)注,尤其針對碳排放問題提出了“低碳生活”、“低碳物流”、“低碳經(jīng)濟”等理念。因此,從綠色、環(huán)保和健康的社會發(fā)展趨勢來看,基于碳排放約束的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心選址研究,可為配送中心選址提供新的研究思路和方向,促使農(nóng)產(chǎn)品走向可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路,具有綠色經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展史上的時代意義。本文以農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心為研究對象,分析并整合了國內(nèi)外對物流設施、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心及選址和物流過程中碳排放問題的相關(guān)文獻;介紹了基于碳排放約束的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心的選址相關(guān)理論,為本研究提供了理論基礎(chǔ);構(gòu)建了時間限制下的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心的選址數(shù)學模型,并在此研究上引入碳排放約束條件,構(gòu)建了基于碳排放約束的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心的選址數(shù)學模型;使用W農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)對數(shù)學模型進行驗證。本文通過文獻研究方法、理論研究方法、定性分析方法、定量分析方法和實證分析方法,解決了基于碳排放約束的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心的選址規(guī)劃問題。本文通過構(gòu)建和驗證時間限制下的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心的選址數(shù)學模型、碳排放量的計算模型和基于碳排放約束的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心的選址數(shù)學模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心的選址規(guī)劃問題上,考慮時間限制比不考慮時間限制在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流運作過程的企業(yè)物流總成本要低;在有碳排放約束與沒有碳排放約束問題上,沒有碳排放約束的選址規(guī)劃所得的物流總成本相對更低;當碳排放最大上限增大,選址規(guī)劃所得物流總成本隨之減小;當碳排放上限的值達到一定量之后,其相應的配送情況保持不變。時間限制下和碳排放約束下的兩種農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心的選址數(shù)學模型,為以后研究時間限制或碳排放約束下對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心的選址規(guī)劃問題上提供理論和實踐基礎(chǔ),為企業(yè)判斷是否考慮時間限制或碳排放約束來選址農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心提供了依據(jù)。本研究為企業(yè)在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心選址方面提供理論依據(jù),使企業(yè)未來在面對政府實施相應政策措施的時候能夠做到早有預見并有計可施,并為國家平衡企業(yè)利益和社會環(huán)境提供新思路。
[Abstract]:With the gradual improvement of people's living conditions, people's demand for agricultural products is also increasing, fresh, green, health gradually become the focus of people, especially vegetables, fruits, meat or seafood and other fresh agricultural products. Reasonable establishment of distribution center of agricultural products can improve the bottleneck of agricultural products circulation efficiency and reduce logistics costs. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the location of distribution center of agricultural products. In recent years, people pay more attention to environmental problems, especially put forward the concepts of "low carbon life", "low carbon logistics", "low carbon economy" and so on. Therefore, in view of the social development trend of green, environmental protection and health, the research on the location of distribution center of agricultural products based on carbon emission constraints can provide a new research idea and direction for the location of distribution center, and promote agricultural products to sustainable development. It has the time significance in the history of the development of green economy society. In this paper, the distribution center of agricultural products as the research object, analysis and integration of domestic and foreign logistics facilities, agricultural products distribution center and location and logistics process of carbon emissions related literature; This paper introduces the related theory of agricultural product distribution center location based on carbon emission constraint, which provides a theoretical basis for this study, and constructs a mathematical model of agricultural product distribution center location under time constraints. In this study, carbon emission constraints are introduced to construct the location mathematical model of distribution center of agricultural products based on carbon emission constraints, and the mathematical model is verified by W agricultural products enterprises. Through the methods of literature research, theoretical research, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and empirical analysis, the problem of agricultural product distribution center location planning based on carbon emission constraints is solved. This paper constructs and verifies the location mathematical model of agricultural product distribution center under time limit, the calculation model of carbon emission and the location mathematical model of agricultural product distribution center based on carbon emission constraint. It is found that the total logistics cost of the agricultural product distribution center is lower when considering the time limit than that without considering the time limit in the operation process of agricultural product logistics, and the problem of carbon emission constraint and no carbon emission constraint is also found. The total logistics cost of the location planning without carbon emission constraints is relatively lower; when the maximum carbon emission limit increases, the total logistics cost of the location planning decreases; when the value of the carbon emission ceiling reaches a certain amount, Its corresponding distribution situation remains unchanged. The mathematical models of the location of two agricultural products distribution centers under time constraints and carbon emission constraints provide a theoretical and practical basis for future research on the location planning of agricultural products distribution centers under time constraints or carbon emission constraints. It provides a basis for enterprises to decide whether to consider time limit or carbon emission constraint to locate distribution center of agricultural products. This study provides the theoretical basis for enterprises to choose the location of distribution center of agricultural products, so that enterprises can foresee and plan in the future when the government implements the corresponding policies and measures. And for the national balance enterprise interests and social environment to provide a new way of thinking.
