鎘污染對(duì)甘蔗生長(zhǎng)、土壤微生物及土壤酶活性的影響

【摘要】:【目的】研究添加不同濃度外源鎘(Cd)對(duì)甘蔗生長(zhǎng)情況、土壤微生物數(shù)量及土壤酶活性的影響,為探討Cd污染與甘蔗生長(zhǎng)、土壤微生物學(xué)特性之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)系提供參考!痉椒ā颗柙詶l件下,以糖料甘蔗為材料,采用不同Cd濃度(0、25、50、100、250、500 mg/kg)進(jìn)行污染處理至甘蔗成熟期,測(cè)定其株高、莖徑、蔗莖產(chǎn)量、土壤微生物數(shù)量及土壤酶活性!窘Y(jié)果】甘蔗株高、莖徑和蔗莖產(chǎn)量隨著土壤中Cd濃度的增加而降低,Cd濃度越高,抑制效應(yīng)越明顯;Cd污染使酶活性發(fā)生變化,隨著Cd濃度的增大,特別達(dá)到100 mg/kg時(shí),脲酶、酸性磷酸酶活性顯著下降,2種土壤酶對(duì)Cd的敏感順序?yàn)?脲酶酸性磷酸酶。Cd污染也使土壤微生物數(shù)量發(fā)生變化,真菌、細(xì)菌和放線菌量在鎘濃度100 mg/kg時(shí)顯著下降。相關(guān)性分析表明,真菌、細(xì)菌、放線菌、土壤脲酶活性、酸性磷酸酶活性、株高、莖徑、蔗莖產(chǎn)量與Cd污染濃度相關(guān)顯著或極顯著!窘Y(jié)論】在盆栽種植甘蔗條件下,外源Cd污染對(duì)甘蔗生長(zhǎng)情況、土壤微生物數(shù)量及土壤酶均產(chǎn)生不同程度地影響。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the effects of different concentrations of exogenous cadmium and cadmium (CD) on the growth of sugarcane, the number of soil microorganisms and the activity of soil enzymes, in order to study CD pollution and sugarcane growth. [methods] under pot culture condition, sugarcane was used as material, different CD concentration was used to pollute sugarcane to mature stage, plant height, stem diameter and cane yield were measured. [results] the plant height, stem diameter and yield of sugarcane decreased with the increase of CD concentration in soil. With the increase of CD concentration, especially when the concentration of CD reached 100 mg/kg, the activities of urease and acid phosphatase decreased significantly. The sensitive order of the two kinds of soil enzymes to CD was as follows: the contamination of urease acid phosphatase. CD also changed the number of soil microbes, fungi. The amount of bacteria and actinomycetes decreased significantly when cadmium concentration was 100 mg/kg. The correlation analysis showed that fungi, bacteria, actinomycetes, soil urease activity, acid phosphatase activity, plant height, stem diameter, cane yield and CD pollution concentration were significantly or extremely significant. [conclusion] under the condition of potted sugarcane planting, the correlation between soil urease activity, acid phosphatase activity, plant height, stem diameter, cane yield and CD pollution concentration was significant. Exogenous CD pollution had different effects on sugarcane growth, soil microbial quantity and soil enzyme.
