【摘要】：在當(dāng)今農(nóng)業(yè)快速發(fā)展的時(shí)代背景下,畜禽排泄物作為新型的、可被利用的珍貴資源并沒(méi)有得到充分有效的處理和利用,這既浪費(fèi)了可用于循環(huán)再利用的資源,又對(duì)畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)與生態(tài)環(huán)境造成了雙重影響。根據(jù)當(dāng)前黑龍江省對(duì)于畜禽排泄物進(jìn)行處理的程度與進(jìn)展,因在出產(chǎn)農(nóng)作物的過(guò)程里,化肥正逐漸替代有機(jī)肥,畜禽養(yǎng)殖戶對(duì)畜禽排泄物的回收利用價(jià)值低估甚至不清楚等,這些原因使得大部分的畜禽排泄物不能夠得到很好的處理與利用,造成了大面積的農(nóng)業(yè)污染,這對(duì)于發(fā)展綠色畜牧業(yè)是十分不利的。因此在當(dāng)前的可持續(xù)發(fā)展形式下,十分需要政府及養(yǎng)殖主體提高對(duì)畜禽排泄物綜合利用的重視程度。對(duì)畜禽排泄物的處理與綜合利用問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究具有理論和實(shí)踐雙重意義,通過(guò)本文的研究與分析將進(jìn)一步充實(shí)和發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論。在當(dāng)今提倡重視環(huán)境保護(hù)的形勢(shì)下,畜禽排泄物的污染問(wèn)題應(yīng)受到重視,不科學(xué)合理的對(duì)畜禽排泄物進(jìn)行處理將會(huì)對(duì)人類(lèi)健康與生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的平衡造成不利影響。本研究有利于促進(jìn)生態(tài)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,更能促進(jìn)黑龍江省畜牧業(yè)持續(xù)、健康、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。畜禽排泄物的綜合利用對(duì)于農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展、環(huán)境保護(hù)有著重要作用。黑龍江省作為中國(guó)畜禽養(yǎng)殖的主要省份之一,目前在畜禽排泄物的綜合利用方面還處于初步發(fā)展階段,尚存在一些制約因素,相關(guān)理論還不完善,對(duì)畜禽排泄物綜合利用水平?jīng)]有進(jìn)行過(guò)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)。目前黑龍江省正大力進(jìn)行畜禽養(yǎng)殖方面的環(huán)境整治工作,但實(shí)際養(yǎng)殖過(guò)程中畜禽的排泄物處理模式仍舊較為單一,以還田模式為主,再循環(huán)、再利用程度較低�；谘h(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的理念,為更好的發(fā)展黑龍江省綠色畜牧業(yè),需要將關(guān)注點(diǎn)放在黑龍江省畜禽排泄物的綜合利用上,畜禽排泄物綜合利用水平將影響黑龍江省的農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)與生態(tài)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本論文在研究?jī)?nèi)容上,首先研究了黑龍江省畜禽排泄物的污染與綜合利用情況,通過(guò)對(duì)畜禽排泄物及其污染物產(chǎn)生量進(jìn)行計(jì)算,提出畜禽排泄物綜合利用的必要性,并進(jìn)一步運(yùn)用因子分析與聚類(lèi)分析的方法,對(duì)黑龍江省畜禽排泄物綜合利用水平進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),最后在借鑒國(guó)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了提高綜合利用水平的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development of agriculture, livestock and poultry excreta, as a new type of precious resources that can be used, has not been fully and effectively treated and utilized, which not only wastes the resources that can be used for recycling, And the livestock and poultry breeding and ecological environment caused a dual impact. According to the current level and progress of livestock and poultry excreta disposal in Heilongjiang Province, because chemical fertilizers are gradually replacing organic manure in the process of producing crops, livestock farmers underestimate or even do not know the value of recycling livestock and poultry excreta. These reasons make most of the excrement of livestock and poultry can not be treated and utilized well, which results in a large area of agricultural pollution, which is very unfavorable to the development of green animal husbandry. Therefore, under the current sustainable development form, it is very necessary for the government and the main body of aquaculture to pay more attention to the comprehensive utilization of livestock and poultry excreta. It is of both theoretical and practical significance to study the disposal and comprehensive utilization of livestock and poultry excreta. Through the research and analysis of this paper, the theory of circular economy will be further enriched and developed. The pollution of livestock and poultry excreta should be paid attention to under the situation of advocating environmental protection. Unscientific and reasonable disposal of livestock and poultry excreta will have adverse effects on the balance between human health and ecosystem. This study is beneficial to promote the sustainable development of ecology and the sustainable, healthy and stable development of animal husbandry in Heilongjiang Province. The comprehensive utilization of livestock excreta plays an important role in agricultural development and environmental protection. Heilongjiang Province, as one of the major provinces of livestock and poultry breeding in China, is still in the initial stage of development in the comprehensive utilization of livestock and poultry excreta. There are still some restrictive factors, and the relevant theories are not perfect. The comprehensive utilization level of livestock and poultry excreta has not been systematically evaluated. At present, Heilongjiang Province is vigorously carrying out the environmental improvement of livestock and poultry breeding, but the waste disposal mode of livestock and poultry is still relatively single in the actual breeding process, mainly in the mode of returning to the field, recycling, and low degree of reuse. Based on the concept of circular economy, in order to better develop Heilongjiang Province's green animal husbandry, we need to focus on the comprehensive utilization of livestock and poultry excreta in Heilongjiang Province. The comprehensive utilization level of livestock and poultry excreta will affect the sustainable development of agricultural economy and ecology in Heilongjiang Province. In this paper, firstly, the pollution and comprehensive utilization of livestock and poultry excreta in Heilongjiang Province were studied, and the necessity of comprehensive utilization of livestock and poultry excreta was put forward by calculating the amount of livestock and poultry excreta and its pollutant production. The comprehensive utilization level of livestock and poultry excreta in Heilongjiang Province was evaluated by the methods of factor analysis and cluster analysis. Finally, based on the advanced experience of foreign countries, some suggestions were put forward to improve the comprehensive utilization level.
