柵藻貼壁培養(yǎng)處理沼液效果的研究

【摘要】:以柵藻(Scendesmus dimorphus)為研究對象,將微藻培養(yǎng)和養(yǎng)豬沼液廢水處理相結(jié)合,通過貼壁培養(yǎng)在處理沼液廢水的同時耦合藻類油脂生產(chǎn),并比較了柵藻貼壁培養(yǎng)與懸浮培養(yǎng)藻細胞生長情況及對N的利用效率,為藻類生物燃料生產(chǎn)及降低沼液廢水處理成本提供理論依據(jù)。結(jié)果表明:貼壁培養(yǎng)下藻細胞生物產(chǎn)率為6.15 g·m-2·d-1,高于柵藻懸浮培養(yǎng)的生物產(chǎn)率5.48 g·m~(-2)·d~(-1);貼壁培養(yǎng)下藻細胞對N的吸收率為85.23%,高于懸浮培養(yǎng)N的利用率77.84%。在初始NH_3-N、TP及COD濃度分別為281.2、29.1、551 mg·L~(-1)的沼液廢水中貼壁培養(yǎng)柵藻,藻類生長狀況與正常BG11培養(yǎng)相近,生物產(chǎn)率分別為6.26 g·m~(-2)·d~(-1)與6.23 g·m~(-2)·d~(-1);油脂含量相差不大,分別占細胞干重的34.6%、35.2%;沼液廢水中NH_3-N、TP及COD去除效率分別為99.04%、73.06%和72.32%。
[Abstract]:Taking Scendesmus dimorphus as the research object, microalgae culture was combined with the treatment of pig biogas wastewater, and the algal oil production was coupled with the treatment of biogas wastewater by adherent culture. The growth of algal cells and the utilization efficiency of N were compared between the cell culture and suspension culture, which provided a theoretical basis for algae biofuel production and reducing the cost of biogas wastewater treatment. The results showed that the biological yield of algal cells in adherent culture was 6.15 g m ~ (-2) d ~ (-1), which was higher than that in suspension culture (5.48 g 路m ~ (-2) ~ (-2) d ~ (-1) 路d ~ (-1), and the absorption rate of N was 85.23% in adherent culture, which was higher than that in suspension culture (77.84%). In the biogas wastewater containing initial NH _ 3-NN _ (TP) and COD (281.2n 29.1551 mg / L ~ (-1), the algae growth status was similar to that of normal BG11 culture, and the bioyield was 6.26 g / m ~ (-2) d ~ (-1) and 6.23 g / m ~ (-2) d ~ (-1) 路d ~ (-1), respectively. The removal efficiency of NH _ 3-NN _ (TP) and COD in biogas waste water were 99.04 ~ 73.06% and 72.32% respectively.
