不同促腐菌劑對有機(jī)廢棄物堆肥效果的研究

【摘要】:為了促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)有機(jī)廢棄物資源的循環(huán)利用,以牛糞、雞糞、食用菌渣為堆肥原料并協(xié)調(diào)碳氮比為30∶1,添加不同的微生物菌劑進(jìn)行堆肥,研究堆肥過程中的溫度、pH值、全氮、銨態(tài)氮、硝態(tài)氮和發(fā)芽指數(shù)的變化趨勢,比較不同菌劑處理在堆肥前后養(yǎng)分含量的差異。結(jié)果表明,枯草芽孢菌劑和EM菌劑處理堆肥初期升溫快,發(fā)酵基和速腐劑處理堆肥初期升溫相對緩慢;枯草芽孢菌劑處理高溫階段溫度基本上維持在70℃上下,堆肥前后氮素?fù)p失率最大為33.18%,發(fā)芽指數(shù)最低,而EM菌劑處理的高溫階段溫度維持在55~68℃,氮素?fù)p失率最小為10.73%,發(fā)芽指數(shù)在堆肥21 d為51.55%,達(dá)到了基本腐熟,堆肥35 d為84.27%,達(dá)到了完全腐熟,堆肥腐熟快于其他處理。因此,在利用牛糞等有機(jī)廢棄物進(jìn)行高溫好氧堆肥過程中,需要選擇具有多種微生物能夠相互協(xié)調(diào)作用并適應(yīng)高溫堆肥的菌劑,并且菌劑用量適宜,以達(dá)到減少氮素?fù)p失,提高堆肥的效果。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the recycling of the local agricultural organic waste resources, using cow manure, chicken dung and edible fungus dregs as composting materials and coordinating the ratio of carbon to nitrogen of 30: 1, different microbial agents were added to compost to study the temperature and pH value in the composting process. The changes of total nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and germination index were compared. The results showed that the initial temperature of the compost treated with Bacillus subtilis and EM was fast, the initial temperature of the compost treated with fermentative and rapid rot was relatively slow, and the temperature of the treatment with Bacillus subtilis was about 70 鈩,
