容重、含水量和播期對(duì)苗期玉米根際土壤酶活性及微生物量碳和氮的影響

【摘要】:通過盆栽試驗(yàn)方法,研究不同容重、含水量及分期播種對(duì)玉米苗期根際土壤酶活性(蔗糖酶、脲酶、磷酸酶、過氧化氫酶)和微生物量碳、氮的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:容重、含水量、分期播種及三者交互對(duì)玉米苗期根際土壤微生物酶活性及微生物量碳、氮含量作用顯著。晚播、高含水量能顯著提高玉米苗期根際土壤酶活性、微生物量碳和氮含量。對(duì)于根際土壤微生物活性,最適容重為1.3 g/cm~3,最佳處理為B_(1.3)M_(70)T_2。
[Abstract]:The changes of soil enzyme activity (sucrase, urease, phosphatase, catalase) and microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen in rhizosphere of maize seedlings were studied by pot experiment. The results showed that the soil microbial enzyme activity, microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content were significantly affected by bulk density, water content, seeding by stages and their interaction. Late sowing, high water content can significantly increase soil enzyme activity, microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content. For rhizosphere soil microbial activity, the optimum bulk density is 1.3 g / cm ~ (-1), and the best treatment is BSP 1.3 / M / T _ (70) T _ (2).
