【摘要】:我國農(nóng)作物秸稈資源豐富,利用前景廣闊。秸稈燃料化利用技術(shù)以其能實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境和社會效益相統(tǒng)一而受到關(guān)注,主要有熱解氣化、沼氣化、固化成型、炭化、直燃發(fā)電和制取纖維素乙醇等。文章量化分析了2009~2014年這6種秸稈燃料化利用技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)秸稈固化成型、炭化和直燃發(fā)電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展較快,沼氣化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展出現(xiàn)瓶頸,熱解氣化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展有所收縮,制取纖維素乙醇產(chǎn)業(yè)開始起步。同時分析了我國秸稈燃料化利用產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨的挑戰(zhàn),并針對挑戰(zhàn)提出創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)投資發(fā)展模式、形成定期政策評估機制和加強關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與設(shè)備研發(fā)等對策。
[Abstract]:There are abundant crop straw resources in China, and the utilization prospect is broad. Straw fuel utilization technology has attracted much attention for its integration of economic, environmental and social benefits, such as pyrolysis and gasification, biogas, solidification, carbonization, direct combustion power generation and cellulosic ethanol production. This paper analyzes quantitatively the development of these six kinds of straw fuel utilization technology industry from 2009 to 2014. It is found that straw solidification, carbonization and direct-fired power generation industry develop rapidly, biogas industry develops bottleneck and pyrolysis gasification industry shrinks. Production of cellulose ethanol industry began to start. At the same time, the paper analyzes the challenges faced by the industry of straw fuel utilization, and puts forward some countermeasures, such as innovating the development mode of industrial investment, forming a regular policy evaluation mechanism and strengthening the research and development of key technologies and equipment.
