【摘要】:研究了AMBR-MABR處理模擬畜禽養(yǎng)殖廢水的啟動過程和成熟污泥的特征。通過在AMBR厭氧格室和MABR格室分別接種ABR-MABR對應格室中的污泥,然后固定停留時間、逐步升高進水負荷進行AMBR-MABR的啟動。83 d后,AMBR-MABR的有機負荷(OLR)(以COD計)達到7.5 kg·(m3·d)-1,COD、NH+4-N和總氮去除率分別可達83.96%、37.56%和38.29%,反應器啟動成功。啟動成功后,AMBR-MABR污泥的濃度在17.5~30.0 g·L-1之間;厭氧格室污泥的粒徑為0.25~0.74 mm,曝氣格室污泥的粒徑均為0.18 mm。AMBR-MABR中各格室的污泥表面凹凸不平,疏松多孔,主要由桿狀菌、球狀菌、念珠狀菌及胞外聚合物(EPS)等組成,EPS主要為多糖、蛋白質和溶解性微生物代謝產物,富里酸和腐殖酸的含量較少。反應器中微生物種類豐富,微生物群落可以分為3類:第1類為Ⅰ、Ⅵ格室;第2類為Ⅱ、Ⅲ格室;第3類為Ⅳ、Ⅴ格室,這與PCA分析的結果一致。
[Abstract]:The start-up process and mature sludge characteristics of simulated livestock and poultry wastewater treated with AMBR-MABR were studied. Sludge was inoculated in the AMBR anaerobic compartment and the MABR compartment, respectively, and the residence time was fixed. The organic load of AMBR-MABR (measured by COD) reached 7.5 kg / m ~ 3 / d ~ (-1) COD NH _ 4-N and removal efficiency of total nitrogen reached 83.96% ~ 37.56% and 38.29% respectively. The reactor was successfully started.
