【摘要】：[目的]研究丙草胺暴露對(duì)斑馬魚抗氧化酶系統(tǒng)的影響。[方法]通過丙草胺暴露3、7、14、21 d后斑馬魚肝臟SOD、CAT、GST活性和MDA含量進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。[結(jié)果]丙草胺暴露后斑馬魚肝臟SOD、GST活性先誘導(dǎo)后抑制,CAT活性受到抑制,MDA含量升高。[結(jié)論]丙草胺對(duì)斑馬魚肝臟的抗氧化系統(tǒng)有明顯的損傷作用。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the effects of propanoxifen exposure on the antioxidant enzyme system of zebrafish. [methods] the activity of GST and the content of MDA in the liver of zebrafish were evaluated 21 days after triprochlor exposure. [results] the activity of GST in liver of zebrafish was induced first and then inhibited the activity of catalase after exposure to propranoxifen, and the increase of MDA content was inhibited. [conclusion] Propranoxifen can damage the liver antioxidant system of zebrafish.
