基于最優(yōu)尺度的生產(chǎn)建設(shè)擾動(dòng)圖斑識別

【摘要】:遙感識別生產(chǎn)建設(shè)擾動(dòng)圖斑對水土保持監(jiān)測具有重要的意義。本文嘗試提出一套基于高分辨率影像自動(dòng)獲取生產(chǎn)建設(shè)擾動(dòng)圖斑的方法,重點(diǎn)探討擾動(dòng)圖斑最優(yōu)分割尺度的自動(dòng)獲取方法,以解決當(dāng)前過度依賴分類者的多次嘗試和主觀判斷問題。以高分1號影像為例,利用局部方差方法和目標(biāo)函數(shù)方法計(jì)算生產(chǎn)建設(shè)擾動(dòng)圖斑的最優(yōu)分割尺度,結(jié)果顯示,與目視判讀的最優(yōu)分割尺度對比,目標(biāo)函數(shù)方法的結(jié)果精確,局部方差方法的結(jié)果略微偏大。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用面向?qū)ο蟮谋O(jiān)督分類方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對擾動(dòng)圖斑的識別。利用現(xiàn)場調(diào)查的結(jié)果驗(yàn)證,本文中的方法較為可靠,制圖精度和用戶精度分別達(dá)到86.3%和84.2%,高于其他分割尺度的識別精度。
[Abstract]:It is very important for soil and water conservation to identify the disturbance map of production and construction by remote sensing. This paper attempts to propose a method for automatic acquisition of production and construction disturbance spots based on high-resolution images, with emphasis on the automatic acquisition method of optimal segmentation scale of disturbance patterns. In order to solve the current excessive reliance on the classification of multiple attempts and subjective judgment. Taking Gaofen 1 image as an example, the local variance method and objective function method are used to calculate the optimal segmentation scale of production disturbance map. The results show that compared with the optimal segmentation scale of visual interpretation, the result of objective function method is accurate. The results of the local variance method are slightly larger. On this basis, the object-oriented supervised classification method is used to realize the recognition of disturbance patterns. The results of field investigation show that the method in this paper is reliable. The accuracy of cartography and user is 86.3% and 84.2% respectively, which is higher than the recognition accuracy of other segmentation scales.
