不同森林群落類型土壤蚯蚓數(shù)量和生物量的時空分布特征

【摘要】:【目的】明確不同森林群落類型對其土壤蚯蚓數(shù)量(密度)及生物量時空動態(tài)的影響。【方法】采用電擊法研究了云南省昆明市3種森林群落類型的土壤蚯蚓密度與生物量的時空分布規(guī)律,用相關(guān)分析與方差分析方法,分析3種森林類型的樣地土壤理化環(huán)境與蚯蚓密度及生物量變化的相關(guān)性!窘Y(jié)果】(1)森林群落類型顯著影響蚯蚓密度(P=0.001)和生物量(P=0.006),各森林群落類型下土壤蚯蚓密度與生物量的大小順序分別為:云南松群落桉樹群落疏林群落、云南松群落疏林群落桉樹群落。(2)蚯蚓密度和生物量時間變化總體上表現(xiàn)為:9月10月11月。垂直分布表現(xiàn)為:桉樹群落與云南松群落蚯蚓及生物量主要分布在≥5~10 cm土層,而疏林群落主要集中于0~5 cm土層。(3)桉樹群落土壤溫度、pH及水解氮與蚯蚓密度和生物量呈顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.05);土壤含水量、有機質(zhì)、全氮等與蚯蚓密度及生物量變化趨勢基本一致,但它們與蚯蚓密度及生物量的相關(guān)性未達到顯著水平;云南松群落和疏林群落下蚯蚓密度及生物量與土壤溫度顯著相關(guān)(P0.05),而與土壤含水量、有機質(zhì)、全氮、水解氮等相關(guān)性不顯著!窘Y(jié)論】3種森林群落類型中土壤蚯蚓密度及生物量的時空分布具有顯著的差異性,這種差異性與樣地土壤理化環(huán)境(溫度、水分、pH、土壤氮等)的變化密切相關(guān)。
