【摘要】：農(nóng)作物秸稈是農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的主要廢棄物之一,其資源化利用對(duì)改善農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)環(huán)境、實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展有重要作用。利用Logistic模型,基于對(duì)浙江省846個(gè)農(nóng)戶的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)農(nóng)戶秸稈資源化利用情況進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,戶主文化程度、是否參加合作社、是否有秸稈回收補(bǔ)貼、附近是否有回收地點(diǎn)、秸稈回收價(jià)格等是農(nóng)戶秸稈資源化利用的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素;人均農(nóng)作物種植面積、人均純收入、家庭非農(nóng)勞動(dòng)力占比等對(duì)農(nóng)戶秸稈資源化利用呈現(xiàn)負(fù)向影響;戶主性別、戶主年齡、是否知道禁止焚燒制度等因素對(duì)農(nóng)戶秸稈資源化利用影響不明顯。為推動(dòng)秸稈資源化利用,應(yīng)強(qiáng)化禁燒秸稈制度、法規(guī)的宣傳,健全秸稈收貯運(yùn)輸體系,完善秸稈回收財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼制度。
[Abstract]:Crop straw is one of the main wastes in agricultural production. Its utilization plays an important role in improving the agricultural ecological environment and realizing the sustainable development of agriculture. Based on the survey data of 846 farmers in Zhejiang province, the utilization of straw was analyzed by Logistic model. The results showed that the education level of the head of household, whether he joined the cooperative, whether there was a subsidy for straw recovery, whether there was a recycling site nearby, and the price of straw recovery were the driving factors for the utilization of straw. The per capita net income and the proportion of household non-agricultural labor had a negative effect on the utilization of straw resource; the sex of the head of household, the age of the head of household, whether or not know the prohibition of burning system had no obvious influence on the utilization of straw resource. In order to promote the utilization of straw, we should strengthen the system of prohibiting burning straw, propagate the regulations, perfect the system of straw storage and transportation, and perfect the system of financial subsidy for straw recovery.
