【摘要】:大化肥行業(yè)尿素成品包裝線中電氣設(shè)備紛繁復(fù)雜,種類繁多。其中棧橋皮帶運(yùn)輸和散裝庫耙料機(jī)是其中最重要的大型電氣設(shè)備。它們的運(yùn)行情況關(guān)系到包裝設(shè)備能否正常運(yùn)行。經(jīng)過多年的連續(xù)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行,設(shè)備陳舊老化,元器件備品備件匱乏,這些因素經(jīng)常危及自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)的連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。隨著上世紀(jì)末21世紀(jì)初,微機(jī)控制技術(shù)及變頻器技術(shù)在工業(yè)控制中廣泛推廣應(yīng)用,PLC應(yīng)用技術(shù)體現(xiàn)出了它特有的優(yōu)越性。本文主要是應(yīng)用西門子S7-200、OMRON C系列PLC技術(shù)及昆侖通態(tài)的MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System,監(jiān)測(cè)與控制產(chǎn)生系統(tǒng))組態(tài)軟件對(duì)尿素成品運(yùn)輸生產(chǎn)線電氣控制進(jìn)行技術(shù)改造。本次技改技措由PLC編程控制替代了建廠初數(shù)目繁多的繼電器-接觸器控制,消除了設(shè)備潛在的故障隱患。棧橋皮帶運(yùn)輸聯(lián)鎖實(shí)現(xiàn)了PLC從站控制,而在耙料機(jī)監(jiān)控室中實(shí)現(xiàn)了上位機(jī)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,耙料機(jī)大車操作室內(nèi)安裝人機(jī)交換接口—觸摸屏控制;將耙料機(jī)大車行走繞線式電動(dòng)機(jī)串電阻箱調(diào)速改為鼠籠式電動(dòng)機(jī)的變頻調(diào)速;解決了耙料機(jī)自動(dòng)糾偏的校正難題;重新調(diào)整了耙料機(jī)自動(dòng)控制中凸輪控制器的動(dòng)作程序匹配關(guān)系。從而改善了操作工的工作環(huán)境,提高了設(shè)備運(yùn)行可靠性和自動(dòng)化程度,降低了維修費(fèi)用,為保障設(shè)備的長周期安全運(yùn)行提供了強(qiáng)有力技術(shù)支持。建立一個(gè)尿素成品運(yùn)輸生產(chǎn)線的計(jì)算機(jī)集散控制系統(tǒng),棧橋皮帶運(yùn)輸PLC和耙料機(jī)控制PLC分別作為兩個(gè)子系統(tǒng),通過PROFIBUS-DP網(wǎng)連接,建立一個(gè)總控室,采用上位機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)總體監(jiān)控。
[Abstract]:Large chemical fertilizer industry urea finished product packaging line in the complex electrical equipment, a variety of. Among them the trestle belt conveyance and bulk storage rake machine is one of the most important large-scale electrical equipment. Their operation is related to the normal operation of packaging equipment. After years of continuous production and aging of equipment and lack of spare parts of components, these factors often endanger the continuous operation of automatic production. With the end of the last century and the beginning of the 21st century, microcomputer control technology and frequency converter technology are widely used in industrial control, and the application of PLC technology embodies its unique advantages. This paper mainly uses Siemens S7-200 OMRON C series PLC technology and Kunlun MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System, monitoring and control generation system configuration software to carry on the technical transformation to the urea finished product transportation production line electrical control. In this technical innovation, the PLC programming control replaces the numerous relay-contactor control in the initial construction of the plant, and eliminates the hidden trouble of the equipment. The trestle belt transportation interlock realizes the PLC slave station control, but realizes the upper computer real time monitoring in the Harrow material machine monitor room, and installs the man-machine exchange interface-touch screen control in the Harrow truck operation room; In this paper, the speed regulation of series resistance box is changed into the frequency conversion of squirrel cage motor, which solves the problem of correcting the deviation of the raking machine. The program matching relation of cam controller in automatic control of rake machine is adjusted. Thus the working environment of the operators is improved, the reliability and automation of the equipment are improved, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the strong technical support is provided for ensuring the long period safe operation of the equipment. A computer distributed control system for urea finished product transportation production line was established. The trestle belt transport PLC and the Harrow machine control PLC were used as two subsystems respectively. A master control room was set up through the PROFIBUS-DP net, and the overall monitoring was realized by the upper computer.
