寄生蜂毒液蛋白組成、功能及進(jìn)化的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:寄生蜂是最為豐富多樣的昆蟲種群之一,寄生策略多樣,寄主范圍廣泛,是重要的生態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)因子和害蟲天敵資源。毒液為寄生蜂所保守共有,是寄生蜂成功寄生的關(guān)鍵因子,可用于調(diào)控寄主的行為、免疫、發(fā)育和代謝等,最終幫助寄生蜂成功寄生。寄生蜂毒液中所含的活性蛋白具有豐富多樣的分子結(jié)構(gòu)、靶標(biāo)和功能。因而,寄生蜂毒液也是重要的基因資源寶庫,在藥物開發(fā)和殺蟲蛋白篩選中將會發(fā)揮其潛在作用。本文主要就寄生蜂毒液蛋白組成、功能和進(jìn)化,對近期研究進(jìn)行綜述,并探討寄生蜂毒液研究中所采用的方法及應(yīng)用前景,嘗試提出寄生蜂毒液研究中存在的問題及未來可能的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Parasitoids are one of the most abundant and diverse insect populations, with diverse parasitic strategies and a wide range of hosts, which are important ecological regulators and natural enemies of pests. The venom is conserved by parasitic wasps and is the key factor of successful parasitism, which can be used to regulate host behavior, immunity, development and metabolism, and ultimately help parasitoids to parasitize successfully. The active proteins contained in the venom of parasitic wasps have various molecular structures, targets and functions. Therefore, parasitoid venom is also an important gene resource, which will play a potential role in drug development and insecticidal protein screening. In this paper, the composition, function and evolution of parasitoid venom proteins were reviewed, and the methods and application prospects of the study were also discussed. The problems existing in the study of parasitoid venom and the possible development direction in the future are proposed.
