【摘要】：為提高果園開溝深施肥的生產(chǎn)效率、降低勞動強(qiáng)度,開發(fā)了由中大型柴油機(jī)作為動力輸出的集開溝、施肥、覆土于一體的開溝深施肥機(jī),提高了開溝深施肥的機(jī)械化程度。采用變速箱對來自柴油機(jī)的動力輸出進(jìn)行分配,變速箱與行走輪帶傳動連接,與開溝裝置和施肥裝置鏈傳動連接。開溝裝置前端設(shè)置的破土鏟能有效降低開溝阻力,減少溝底回土。采用彎曲傾斜安裝的刀片可降低入土阻力,實(shí)現(xiàn)開溝功能,利于向外拋土。施肥裝置設(shè)有入料破碎器和下料粉碎器,能有效分解受潮結(jié)塊的化肥,使下料更均勻。覆土鏟在機(jī)器行走過程中實(shí)現(xiàn)覆土功能,上下升降固定地輪和覆土鏟的拉桿可調(diào)節(jié)開溝的深淺。該裝置具有溝型規(guī)范、拋土均勻、回土平整、開溝深淺可調(diào)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在降低勞動強(qiáng)度的同時大大提升了果農(nóng)的生產(chǎn)效率。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of deep fertilization in orchard, a furrow opener, fertilizing and covering soil was developed, which was used as power output of medium and large diesel engine, and the mechanization degree of deep fertilization was improved. The transmission is used to distribute the power output from the diesel engine. The gearbox is connected to the walking wheel belt transmission, to the trench opening device and to the fertilization device chain drive. The earth-breaking shovel at the front end of the trench device can effectively reduce the trench resistance and reduce the return of the ditch bottom. The blade with bending and tilting can reduce the resistance of soil and realize the function of opening trench, which is favorable for throwing soil out. The fertiliser is equipped with feed crusher and shredder, which can decompose the wet agglomerated chemical fertilizer effectively and make the material cut more evenly. In the process of machine walking, the soil covering function is realized, and the depth of trench can be adjusted by the pull rod of the upper and lower lifting fixed ground wheel and overlying shovel. The device has the advantages of trench specification, uniform throwing of soil, leveling back soil and adjustable depth of trench. It can greatly improve the production efficiency of fruit growers while reducing the labor intensity.
