【摘要】：隨著大數(shù)據(jù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算等信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展與應(yīng)用,科研用戶的需求特征呈現(xiàn)新的發(fā)展趨勢,圖書館等專業(yè)信息資源建設(shè)及服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)面臨新的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。在信息資源深度關(guān)聯(lián)整合和集成化、知識(shí)化服務(wù)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建以及應(yīng)用方面存在三個(gè)不足之處:(1)資源類型覆蓋面相對(duì)較窄,資源關(guān)聯(lián)整合深度不夠;(2)缺乏一站式情景敏感的服務(wù)平臺(tái)支撐;(3)缺少面向特定領(lǐng)域的成功的可復(fù)制的范例。針對(duì)以上三個(gè)問題,本文以農(nóng)業(yè)科研用戶為調(diào)查對(duì)象,以農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的信息資源整合與服務(wù)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建為研究目標(biāo),深入開展專業(yè)領(lǐng)域信息資源整合的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與方法研究,研究構(gòu)建面向科研用戶的一站式學(xué)科知識(shí)服務(wù)平臺(tái),同時(shí)面向糧食安全領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。論文主要研究內(nèi)容及取得的成果如下:(1)基于問卷調(diào)查與訪談相結(jié)合的方法,深入了解并分析了農(nóng)業(yè)科研人員具體的資源與服務(wù)需求,進(jìn)一步明確了農(nóng)業(yè)科研用戶在日�？蒲谢顒�(dòng)中獲取、利用信息資源與服務(wù)的情況、需求和問題。(2)在分析農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域資源體系基礎(chǔ)上,研究設(shè)計(jì)了資源整合的流程和框架,并從基于元數(shù)據(jù)倉儲(chǔ)、分類主題詞表的知識(shí)組織、科研本體模型的語義關(guān)聯(lián)和關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的整合發(fā)布等方面,進(jìn)行了資源整合關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的集成應(yīng)用探討,初步實(shí)現(xiàn)了多源異構(gòu)農(nóng)業(yè)綜合科技數(shù)字資源的知識(shí)組織與關(guān)聯(lián)融合。(3)設(shè)計(jì)了農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域知識(shí)服務(wù)平臺(tái)體系架構(gòu),給出了平臺(tái)建設(shè)流程,并詳細(xì)闡述了農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域知識(shí)服務(wù)平臺(tái)的主要功能及實(shí)現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),通過主題分類標(biāo)引、實(shí)體抽取與規(guī)范以及多維關(guān)聯(lián)構(gòu)建等后臺(tái)功能實(shí)現(xiàn)了多源異構(gòu)資源的管理與整合,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了統(tǒng)一資源搜索、學(xué)科資源導(dǎo)航、專家學(xué)術(shù)信息聚合、知識(shí)關(guān)聯(lián)展示和學(xué)科態(tài)勢分析等前端服務(wù)功能。(4)選擇糧食安全領(lǐng)域開展了實(shí)證研究。經(jīng)過領(lǐng)域資源抽取、平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)搭建了糧食與食物安全專題服務(wù)平臺(tái),為糧食安全領(lǐng)域科研團(tuán)隊(duì)提供了一站式資源檢索與獲取和深層次知識(shí)服務(wù),初步建立了“線上+線下”綜合服務(wù)模式,獲得了良好的用戶使用反饋。本論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)體現(xiàn)在:(1)綜合集成應(yīng)用了基于元數(shù)據(jù)、分類主題詞表、科研本體模型和關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)的資源整合關(guān)鍵技術(shù),提出了一種多源異構(gòu)農(nóng)業(yè)綜合科技數(shù)字資源的知識(shí)組織與關(guān)聯(lián)融合的新技術(shù)方法,對(duì)構(gòu)建形成富含語義關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系的農(nóng)業(yè)科技數(shù)據(jù)和知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò),以及為各類資源的統(tǒng)一搜索和知識(shí)關(guān)聯(lián)發(fā)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)航提供了技術(shù)方法支撐。(2)提出了集資源、技術(shù)、服務(wù)于一體的專業(yè)知識(shí)服務(wù)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建解決方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)了多源異構(gòu)知識(shí)資源的統(tǒng)一發(fā)現(xiàn)與深度揭示,并面向糧食安全領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行實(shí)踐驗(yàn)證,解決了面向不同專業(yè)領(lǐng)域快速部署和應(yīng)用服務(wù)的問題,是知識(shí)服務(wù)的創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐。本文緊密結(jié)合我國農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域科研人員具體的資源與服務(wù)需求情況、信息資源整合以及服務(wù)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建的研究與分析,形成了一些觀點(diǎn)、方法、成果與思路,對(duì)我國信息服務(wù)的研究與實(shí)踐具有一定的理論研究價(jià)值和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development and application of information technology such as large data, Internet, and cloud computing, the demand features of scientific research users present a new trend. The construction of professional information resources and service institutions such as libraries are facing new opportunities and challenges. The integration and integration of information resources, the construction of the knowledge-based service platform and its application exist. Three shortcomings: (1) the coverage of resource types is relatively narrow, and the depth of resource association integration is not enough; (2) lack of one-stop situational sensitive service platform support; (3) lack of a replicable model for the success of a specific field. In view of the above three problems, this article takes agricultural scientific research users as the investigation object and the information capital in the agricultural field. Source integration and service platform construction are the research objectives, and the key technologies and methods of information resources integration in the field of professional field are carried out. A one-stop disciplinary knowledge service platform for scientific research users is constructed, and the empirical research is carried out in the field of food security. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the questionnaire The method of combining investigation and interview is used to understand and analyze the specific resources and service requirements of agricultural scientific research personnel, and further clarify the situation, needs and problems of the agricultural scientific research users in the daily scientific research activities and the use of information resources and services. (2) on the basis of the analysis of the resources system of agricultural professional fields, the research and design are designed. The process and framework of source integration are discussed from the aspects of metadata repositories, knowledge organization of Classified Subject Thesaurus, semantic association of scientific research ontology models and the integration and publication of related data technology. The integrated application of key technologies of resource integration is discussed, and the knowledge organization and the knowledge organization of multi source and heterogeneous agricultural comprehensive science and technology resources are realized. (3) the architecture of knowledge service platform in agricultural professional field is designed, the construction process of the platform is given, and the main functions and key technologies of the knowledge service platform in the field of agricultural specialty are elaborated in detail. The background functions such as subject classification indexing, entity extraction and specification and multi-dimensional association construction have been realized in many different sources. The management and integration of construction resources design and realize the front-end service functions of unified resource search, subject resource navigation, expert academic information aggregation, knowledge association display and subject situation analysis. (4) choose the field of food security to carry out an empirical study. Through the extraction of resources in the field, the platform has built a special service for food and food safety. The platform provides a one-stop resource retrieval and acquisition and deep knowledge service for the scientific research team in the field of grain security. It has initially established the "Online + offline" integrated service model and obtained good user feedback. The innovation points of this paper are as follows: (1) integrated integration should be based on Metadata, Classified Thesaurus, research ontology model. The key technology of resource integration of type and associated data is presented, and a new technology method is proposed for the integration of knowledge organization and association of multi source and heterogeneous agricultural comprehensive science and technology digital resources. It provides an agricultural technology data and knowledge network which is rich in semantic association, and provides navigation for the unified search and knowledge association of various resources. The technology and method support. (2) put forward the construction solution of the professional knowledge service platform which integrates resources, technology and service. It realizes the unified discovery and deep revelation of the multi source isomerism knowledge resources, and has carried out the practice verification to the field of grain security, and solved the problem of rapid deployment and application service facing the different professional fields. In this paper, the research and analysis of the specific resources and service requirements, the integration of information resources and the construction of service platform in the agricultural professional field of our country have formed some viewpoints, methods, results and ideas, which have a certain theoretical research value for the research and practice of information service in our country.
