施用生物質(zhì)炭對(duì)采煤塌陷區(qū)土壤氨氧化微生物豐度和群落結(jié)構(gòu)的影響

【摘要】:生物質(zhì)炭作為一種新型土壤改良劑,施入土壤不僅能提高肥力,改善土壤結(jié)構(gòu),還能夠影響土壤氮素的轉(zhuǎn)化.本文利用培養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)研究施用生物質(zhì)炭對(duì)采煤塌陷區(qū)土壤性質(zhì)及氨氧化菌豐度和群落結(jié)構(gòu)的影響.結(jié)果表明:生物質(zhì)炭顯著提高土壤銨氮(NH_4~+-N)、全氮、有效磷和速效鉀含量.生物質(zhì)炭施用量對(duì)氨氧化古菌(AOA)豐度沒有顯著影響,但是增加施用量顯著提高了氨氧化細(xì)菌(AOB)豐度.對(duì)T-RFLP數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析發(fā)現(xiàn),生物質(zhì)炭提高了AOA和AOB多樣性,并在一定程度上改變了AOA和AOB群落結(jié)構(gòu).施用生物質(zhì)炭提高了采煤塌陷區(qū)土壤養(yǎng)分含量,并在一定程度上提高了氨氧化菌的豐度和多樣性,表明生物質(zhì)炭對(duì)塌陷區(qū)復(fù)墾土壤具有培肥改良的潛能.
[Abstract]:As a new soil modifier, biomass carbon can not only improve soil fertility and soil structure, but also affect the transformation of soil nitrogen.In this paper, the effects of biomass charcoal application on soil properties, ammonia-oxidizing bacteria abundance and community structure in coal mining subsidence area were studied.The results showed that biomass carbon significantly increased the contents of NH _ 4 ~ -N, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in soil.The amount of biomass carbon application had no significant effect on the abundance of AOAA, but increased the amount of application significantly increased the AOB abundance of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria.The analysis of T-RFLP data showed that biomass carbon increased the diversity of AOA and AOB and changed the community structure of AOA and AOB to some extent.The application of biomass carbon increased the soil nutrient content and the abundance and diversity of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria to some extent, which indicated that biomass carbon had the potential to improve soil fertility.
