產(chǎn)脲節(jié)桿菌DnL1-1與植物聯(lián)合對(duì)阿特拉津的降解

【摘要】:利用沙-土試管試驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)了產(chǎn)脲節(jié)桿菌Dn L1-1分別與小麥及苜蓿協(xié)同作用下對(duì)阿特拉津的降解。結(jié)果表明,菌株接種植物種子后能保護(hù)植物免受阿特拉津藥害。該菌分別與小麥及苜蓿聯(lián)合作用,30 d內(nèi)對(duì)施加的阿特拉津的降解率分別達(dá)到99.7%~99.8%和70.2%~75.8%。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,產(chǎn)脲節(jié)桿菌Dn L1-1與植物聯(lián)合對(duì)阿特拉津有較強(qiáng)的降解能力。該菌通過(guò)拌種的方式施加到污染土壤中,是一種有前景的方法。
[Abstract]:The degradation of atrazine by Urea-producing Arthrobacter Urealyticum (DnL1-1) in combination with wheat and alfalfa was evaluated by sand soil test in vitro.The results showed that the strain could protect plants from atrazine after inoculation of plant seeds.The degradation rate of atrazine applied by this strain in combination with wheat and alfalfa reached 99.799.8% and 70.2% respectively within 30 days.The results showed that the combination of DnL1-1 and plant could degrade atrazine.It is a promising method to apply it to contaminated soil by seed dressing.
