豬場廢棄物和解磷菌、蚯蚓聯(lián)合施用對旱坡地土壤碳循環(huán)相關(guān)酶的影響

【摘要】:土壤酶活性是評價土壤質(zhì)量的重要依據(jù)。為闡明豬場廢棄物豬糞、沼液和功能生物蚯蚓、菌劑在培肥貧瘠土壤過程中對土壤碳循環(huán)相關(guān)酶活性及微生物量的影響,通過野外定位試驗,設(shè)置不施肥處理(CK)、施豬糞處理(Pm)、施豬糞+沼液處理[(Pm+S)/T]、施豬糞+沼液+蚯蚓處理(Te)、施豬糞+沼液+菌劑處理(Tb)和施豬糞+沼液+蚯蚓+菌劑處理[T(e+b)],闡釋各外源物質(zhì)的作用以及功能生物間的協(xié)作關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:與CK相比,Pm處理淀粉酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶活性分別增強了10.0%~50.5%、30.2%~55.9%;與Pm+S相比,T(e+b)處理的微生物生物量碳(MBC)含量增加了58.0%~124%,蔗糖酶、淀粉酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶活性分別增強了95.2%~216%、22.3%~66.8%、65.3%~118%。以上結(jié)果說明,施用豬場廢棄物對土壤淀粉酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶活性增效顯著;配施蚯蚓和菌劑可促進該效果,同時提高土壤MBC含量和增強蔗糖酶活性,且蚯蚓和菌劑間存在協(xié)同關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Soil enzyme activity is an important basis for evaluating soil quality. In order to elucidate the effects of pig manure, biogas liquid and functional biological earthworm on soil carbon cycle related enzyme activity and microbial biomass in the process of fertilizing poor soil. Through field positioning tests, No fertilization treatment, pig manure treatment, pig manure biogas treatment, pig manure biogas treatment, pig manure biogas treatment, pig manure biogas liquid treatment, pig manure biogas liquid treatment, pig manure biogas liquid treatment, pig manure biogas liquid treatment and pig manure biogas liquid earthworm treatment, and pig manure biogas liquid earthworm treatment, respectively. The results showed that compared with CK, the activities of amylase and 尾 -glucosidase increased by 10.0 and 50.5 and 30.2%, respectively, and the microbial biomass (MBCc) increased by 58.0124, sucrase, sucrase, compared with PMS. The activities of amylase and 尾 -glucosidase were increased by 95.2m216162and 22.3and 66.8and 65.30.The above results showed that the application of pig farm waste could increase the activities of amylase and 尾 -glucosidase significantly, and the application of earthworms and fungicides could promote the effect. The results showed that the application of pig farm waste could increase the activity of amylase and 尾 -glucosidase in soil, and the application of earthworms and fungicides could promote the effect. At the same time, the content of MBC and the activity of sucrase in soil were increased, and there was a synergistic relationship between earthworm and fungicides.
