【摘要】：朱兆良先生是我國著名的土壤-植物營養(yǎng)學(xué)家,土壤氮素轉(zhuǎn)化與農(nóng)田氮素管理研究方面的拓荒者和學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人之一。他圍繞太湖地區(qū)熟制改革后出現(xiàn)的稻田"氮肥胃口增大"問題和在爭取作物高產(chǎn)中盲目增加氮肥施用量問題,對(duì)稻田土壤供氮能力進(jìn)行了定量解析和研究,提出了"區(qū)域總量控制與田塊微調(diào)相結(jié)合"的氮肥適宜施用量的推薦方法。他致力于農(nóng)田中氮肥去向的定量研究,首次估算出我國農(nóng)田中氮肥的當(dāng)季利用率和損失率,以及不同損失途徑的相對(duì)比例。他對(duì)推動(dòng)我國土壤氮素研究,發(fā)展符合我國國情、農(nóng)學(xué)效應(yīng)和環(huán)境效應(yīng)相協(xié)調(diào)的氮素管理原則和技術(shù)作出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。他還積極推動(dòng)學(xué)科發(fā)展,組織編寫《中國土壤氮素》等專著;在封丘建立肥料長期定位試驗(yàn),為相關(guān)學(xué)科研究提供研究平臺(tái);積極參與和推動(dòng)國際學(xué)術(shù)交流活動(dòng),提高我國土壤氮素研究在國際上的影響力。此外,朱兆良先生還立足專業(yè)針對(duì)如何治理我國農(nóng)業(yè)面源污染和保障我國糧食安全問題,提出了對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Zhu Zhaoliang is a famous soil-plant nutritionist in China. One of the pioneers and academic leaders in the field of soil nitrogen transformation and farmland nitrogen management. He revolved around the problem of "increasing appetite for nitrogen fertilizer" in paddy field after the reform of cropping system in Taihu Lake area and blindly increased the amount of nitrogen fertilizer in striving for high yield of crops. The application of nitrogen fertilizer, Based on the quantitative analysis and study on the nitrogen supply capacity of paddy soil, a recommended method of combining the regional total amount control with the fine adjustment of the field was put forward. He devoted himself to the quantitative study on the direction of the nitrogen fertilizer in the farmland. For the first time, the utilization rate and loss rate of nitrogen fertilizer in farmland in China were estimated for the first time, and the relative proportion of different loss paths was estimated. The principles and techniques of nitrogen management, which coordinate agronomic and environmental effects, have made positive contributions. He has also actively promoted the development of the discipline, organized the compilation of monographs such as soil nitrogen in China, and set up long-term fertilizer positioning experiments in Fengqiu. To provide a research platform for related disciplines, to actively participate in and promote international academic exchanges, and to enhance the international influence of soil nitrogen research in China. Mr. Zhu Zhaoliang also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to control agricultural non-point source pollution and ensure food security in China.
