太行山低山丘陵區(qū)不同人工林型對土壤性質(zhì)及酶活性的影響

【摘要】:為探明太行山干旱低山丘陵區(qū)不同人工林型對土壤酶活性及土壤質(zhì)量修復(fù)的影響,以立地條件一致的3種典型32年生人工林為試驗樣地,對栓皮櫟(Quercus variabilis)、側(cè)柏(Platycladus orientalis)和刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia)3種不同人工林型下土壤的脲酶(Urease)和蔗糖酶(Sucrase)活性進行了測定,并比較了不同林型下土壤的理化和生物學(xué)性質(zhì)。研究結(jié)果表明:1)林分類型對土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶活性有明顯的影響,不同林分類型下土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶活性均呈現(xiàn)側(cè)柏刺槐栓皮櫟的變化趨勢;2)各林地土壤含水率較低,土壤呈弱堿性。3種林地類型中,側(cè)柏林地對土壤的改良效果較好,土壤容重和土壤pH值都顯著降低,且土壤總孔隙度、全氮(TN)和有機碳(TOC)含量均顯著增加(P0.05)。此外,側(cè)柏人工林根長密度、根表面積密度和根體積密度均顯著高于栓皮櫟和刺槐林(P0.05);3)土壤酶活性的高低與土壤性質(zhì)有較強的相關(guān)性。線性回歸分析表明,土壤堿解氮、含水率和速效磷是影響脲酶活性的主要因素,而蔗糖酶活性主要受土壤有機碳含量的影響。綜合分析表明,太行山干旱低山丘陵區(qū)側(cè)柏人工林的種植有利于提高土壤酶活性和土壤質(zhì)量,在該區(qū)人工林培育及植被恢復(fù)過程中可適當(dāng)擴大側(cè)柏人工林的育林面積。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the effect of different artificial forest types on soil enzyme activity and soil quality restoration in arid hilly area of Taihang Mountain, three typical 32 year old plantations with consistent site conditions were used as experimental plots. The activities of urease Ureasease (Ureaseas) and sucrase (Sucrase) in soils of Quercus variabilis, Platycladus orientalisus and Robinia pseudoacacia)3 were determined. The physicochemical and biological properties of soil under different forest types were compared. The results showed that the soil urease and sucrase activity were significantly affected by different stand types. Sucrase activity showed the changing trend of P. orientalis. (2) the soil moisture content was lower in each forest land. Among the three types of woodland with weak alkalinity, Platycladus orientalis forest had a better effect on soil improvement, and soil bulk density and soil pH value decreased significantly. The soil total porosity, total nitrogen (TNN) and organic carbon (TOC) contents increased significantly (P 0.05). In addition, the root length density of Platycladus orientalis plantation was significantly increased. The root surface area density and root volume density were significantly higher than those of Quercus variabilis and Robinia pseudoacacia (P0.05T3) soil enzyme activity was significantly correlated with soil properties. Linear regression analysis showed that soil alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen was higher than that of Quercus variabilis and Robinia pseudoacacia. Moisture content and available phosphorus were the main factors affecting urease activity, while sucrase activity was mainly affected by soil organic carbon content. The planting of Platycladus orientalis plantation in the arid hilly area of Taihang Mountain was beneficial to improve the soil enzyme activity and soil quality. The plantation area of Platycladus orientalis plantation could be expanded in the process of plantation and vegetation restoration.
