無機(jī)磷溶解菌的分離篩選及其對(duì)扁穗雀麥生長(zhǎng)的影響

【摘要】:對(duì)扁穗雀麥根際溶磷微生物進(jìn)行分離篩選,測(cè)定其溶磷、分泌IAA能力及對(duì)扁穗雀麥的促生效果。結(jié)果表明,不同菌株對(duì)不同無機(jī)磷底物具有選擇性,以磷酸鈣為磷源時(shí),篩選的溶磷菌株都有溶磷活性,其中Br17的溶磷活性最高;以磷酸鋁為磷源時(shí),只有Br1、Br7與Br8具有溶磷活性,其中Br7溶磷活性最高。IAA測(cè)定結(jié)果顯示Br4、Br8、Br17與Br24具有較強(qiáng)IAA分泌能力,添加生長(zhǎng)素前體物質(zhì)色氨酸時(shí)菌株分泌IAA能力增強(qiáng)。對(duì)培養(yǎng)基pH分析發(fā)現(xiàn),篩選的8株溶磷菌株都為產(chǎn)酸型微生物。將純化后的溶磷菌接種到扁穗雀麥無菌苗,對(duì)根長(zhǎng)、根數(shù)、株高以及生物產(chǎn)量等性狀考察發(fā)現(xiàn)接種Br8、Br13、Br17與Br24菌株對(duì)扁穗雀麥的根系影響較大,主要表現(xiàn)為主根變短,根數(shù)變多。接種Br7、Br8、Br13與Br24菌株促進(jìn)扁穗雀麥株高增高、產(chǎn)量增加。綜合分析,Br24在貴州地區(qū)的應(yīng)用潛力最大。
[Abstract]:The phosphorus soluble microbes in rhizosphere were isolated and screened, and the ability of phosphorus solubilization and IAA secretion were determined. The results showed that different strains had selectivity to different inorganic phosphorus substrates, and when calcium phosphate was used as phosphorus source, the results showed that different strains had selectivity to different inorganic phosphorus substrates, while calcium phosphate was used as phosphorus source. When aluminum phosphate was used as phosphorus source, only Br1Br7 and Br8 had phosphorolytic activity, and the results of Br7 showed that Br4, Br8, Br17 and Br24 had strong IAA secretion ability. When tryptophan was added to the culture medium, the ability of secreting IAA was enhanced. The results of pH analysis showed that all of the 8 strains were acid-producing microbes. The purified phosphate-soluble bacteria were inoculated into aseptic seedlings of root-brome, and the root length and number of roots were increased. Plant height and biological yield were investigated. It was found that inoculation of Br8B13 Br17 and Br24 strain had a great effect on the root system of Pestmus obliquus, which mainly showed that the main root became shorter and the number of roots increased. The inoculation of Br7 Br8 Br8 Br13 and Br24 strain promoted the increase of plant height. The comprehensive analysis shows that the application potential of Br24 in Guizhou area is the greatest.
