連作對(duì)煙草根際土壤細(xì)菌碳代謝指紋的影響

【摘要】:為了探究連作對(duì)煙草根系微生態(tài)的影響,采用Biolog技術(shù)分析了不同連作年限下煙草根際土壤細(xì)菌的碳代謝指紋差異。結(jié)果表明:根際土壤細(xì)菌對(duì)31種碳源的AWCD值隨連作年限的增加而下降,與CK相比,連作5,10年后分別下降12.7%,74.0%;但6類不同碳源之間AWCD值降幅差異較大,連作5,10年后,降幅分別為3.7%~52.1%,64.9%~80.3%;主成分分析表明,以糖類、氨基酸類碳源利用為主的細(xì)菌數(shù)量顯著減少是導(dǎo)致碳源總體利用能力下降的主要因素;連作改變了煙草根際細(xì)菌的代謝特征,表現(xiàn)為對(duì)糖類、氨基酸類碳源利用率下降,對(duì)多聚物類碳源利用率增加;連作降低了根際土壤細(xì)菌的香濃指數(shù)(豐富度)。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the effect of continuous cropping on tobacco root microecology, Biolog technique was used to analyze the difference of carbon metabolism fingerprints of bacteria in tobacco rhizosphere soil under different cropping years. The results showed that the AWCD value of 31 carbon sources decreased with the increase of continuous cropping years, compared with CK. After 5 years of continuous cropping and 10 years of continuous cropping, the value of AWCD decreased by 12.74.0, but there was a great difference between the six kinds of carbon sources. After 5years of continuous cropping, the decrease was 3.72.1and 64.9and 80.3.The principal component analysis showed that the main component analysis showed that, in the case of sugar, The significant decrease in the number of bacteria mainly using amino acid carbon sources was the main factor leading to the decrease of the total utilization capacity of carbon sources, and the metabolic characteristics of tobacco rhizosphere bacteria were changed by continuous cropping, which showed that the utilization ratio of carbon sources of amino acids and carbohydrates decreased. The utilization rate of carbon source of polymer was increased and the aroma index (richness) of bacteria in rhizosphere was decreased by continuous cropping.
