稻麥精準(zhǔn)變量施肥機(jī)排肥性能分析與試驗

【摘要】:為提高基于近地光譜技術(shù)的稻麥精準(zhǔn)變量施肥機(jī)排肥性能穩(wěn)定性,改善變量施肥控制精度,建立了外槽輪式變量施肥機(jī)離散元仿真模型,運(yùn)用離散單元法和EDEM 2.2軟件對施肥機(jī)排肥過程進(jìn)行性能分析和數(shù)值模擬,研究不同排肥器結(jié)構(gòu)和施肥控制策略對施肥機(jī)排肥穩(wěn)定性的影響,并通過臺架試驗和田間試驗驗證仿真模型的準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果表明:改進(jìn)后的排肥器施肥量變異性系數(shù)明顯減小,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差減小14.59 g,變異系數(shù)降低9.9%;采用轉(zhuǎn)速優(yōu)先控制策略,當(dāng)槽輪開度為19.34 mm時,排肥量穩(wěn)定性系數(shù)最佳為1.09%;采用開度優(yōu)先控制策略,當(dāng)槽輪轉(zhuǎn)速為55.75 r/min時,排肥量變異性系數(shù)最小為1.85%;與驗證試驗結(jié)果相比,誤差最大為14.06%。結(jié)果驗證了離散元仿真方法分析顆粒運(yùn)動過程的準(zhǔn)確性,表明所設(shè)計改進(jìn)的排肥器能夠提高施肥機(jī)排肥穩(wěn)定性,滿足稻麥精準(zhǔn)變量施肥要求。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the performance stability of precision variable-rate fertilization machine based on near-earth spectrum technology and improve the precision of variable rate fertilization control, a discrete element simulation model of external grooved wheeled variable-rate fertilization machine was established. Using discrete element method and EDEM 2.2 software, the performance analysis and numerical simulation of fertilizer discharging process were carried out, and the effects of different fertilizer discharging device structures and fertilization control strategies on the fertilizer efflux stability of fertilization machine were studied. The accuracy of the simulation model was verified by bench test and field experiment. The results showed that the coefficient of variation, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the improved fertiliser decreased obviously, 14.59 g and 9.9% respectively, and the rotational speed priority control strategy was adopted. When the slot wheel opening is 19.34 mm, the best stability coefficient of fertilizer discharge is 1.09, and the minimum coefficient of variation is 1.85 when the slot wheel speed is 55.75 r / min. The maximum error is 14.060.The results verify the accuracy of the discrete element simulation method to analyze the particle motion process. The results show that the improved fertiliser can improve the stability of fertilizing machine and meet the requirement of precise variable rate fertilization of rice and wheat.
