【摘要】：本文通過(guò)對(duì)茌平縣的280個(gè)農(nóng)戶(hù)進(jìn)行入戶(hù)調(diào)查,分析了當(dāng)?shù)氐牧鬓D(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)狀,為研究農(nóng)戶(hù)對(duì)耕地流轉(zhuǎn)的影響因素奠定了基礎(chǔ)。研究方法:二元logistic模型。研究結(jié)果:家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)因素對(duì)耕地流轉(zhuǎn)的影響最大,人均耕地面積對(duì)耕地流轉(zhuǎn)影響偏小。非農(nóng)勞動(dòng)比例、戶(hù)主文化程度、家庭人均年收入、人均耕地面積、區(qū)位、地塊分散程度促進(jìn)了耕地流轉(zhuǎn);家庭總?cè)丝�、�?hù)主年齡、農(nóng)業(yè)收入比重對(duì)耕地流轉(zhuǎn)具有反向作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of 280 peasant households in Chiping County, this paper analyzes the current situation of circulation in Chiping County. The research method: dual logistic model. The research results: the family economic factors have the biggest influence on the cultivated land circulation, the per capita cultivated land area has little influence on the cultivated land circulation. The education level of the head of household, the per capita annual income of the household, the area of cultivated land per capita, the location and the degree of land dispersion promote the circulation of cultivated land.
