【摘要】：試驗(yàn)選用了潛水?dāng)嚢铏C(jī),SP雙絞刀粉碎式潛污泵,螺旋擠壓式固液分離機(jī),濕物料粉碎機(jī)4種設(shè)備對奶牛糞便進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,克服了現(xiàn)有技術(shù)的不足,解決了奶牛糞便中未消化完全的粗飼料、精飼料等大顆粒、長纖維雜質(zhì),容易堵塞進(jìn)料設(shè)備、管道、分布器、出料管的問題,減少了液面的大量浮渣,有效增加日處理量,提高了日均產(chǎn)氣率。
[Abstract]:Four kinds of equipments, such as SP double cutter submersible pump, spiral extruding solid-liquid separator and wet material pulverizer, were used to pretreat cow feces in order to overcome the shortage of existing technology. The problem of incomplete digestion of coarse feed, concentrate and other large particles, long fiber impurities, easy clogging of feeding equipment, pipes, distributors, discharge pipes in cow's feces has been solved, a large amount of dross on the liquid level has been reduced, and the daily treatment capacity has been effectively increased. The average daily gas production rate is increased.
