【摘要】：本文對良好農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)范(GAP)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的整理和研究,對良好農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)范的概念、內(nèi)容、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系、發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀等方面進(jìn)行了探討和分析,提出了中國良好農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)范(CHINAGAP)發(fā)展的對策�；谵r(nóng)業(yè)部優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)服務(wù)中心開展良好農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)范推廣和信息化建設(shè)工作,本文研究了CHINAGAP生產(chǎn)和認(rèn)證信息服務(wù)平臺、專家系統(tǒng)和可追溯系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)應(yīng)用,并對上述系統(tǒng)的推廣使用情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和分析。CHINAGAP生產(chǎn)和認(rèn)證信息服務(wù)平臺對象定位為農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)者(CHINAGAP認(rèn)證申請人)、認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)和消費(fèi)者,在技術(shù)上采用具有良好跨平臺性的ASP.NET三層架構(gòu)體系結(jié)構(gòu),將良好農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)范生產(chǎn)和認(rèn)證信息服務(wù)平臺分成前臺展示和后臺管理兩部分。CHINAGAP生產(chǎn)和認(rèn)證信息服務(wù)平臺的內(nèi)容包括工作動態(tài)、辦事大廳、認(rèn)證進(jìn)度查詢、認(rèn)證統(tǒng)計(jì)、用戶登錄、認(rèn)證申請,資料下載、查詢專區(qū)、特色功能、網(wǎng)上調(diào)查、站內(nèi)搜索、友情鏈接12個(gè)欄目,有效實(shí)現(xiàn)CHINAGAP生產(chǎn)和認(rèn)證信息服務(wù)、知識查詢、在線認(rèn)證申請、網(wǎng)上審核等功能。CHINAGAP專家系統(tǒng)采用B/S架構(gòu),MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式設(shè)計(jì)為服務(wù)層、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層和數(shù)據(jù)層3層。具體功能主要包括標(biāo)準(zhǔn)咨詢模塊、知識管理模塊、生產(chǎn)管理方案推薦模塊、用戶管理模塊、系統(tǒng)維護(hù)模塊和幫助模塊6個(gè)模塊。通過本體推理與數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)相結(jié)合,成功實(shí)現(xiàn)CHINAGAP控制點(diǎn)的推薦功能。CHINAGAP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)知識采用本體作為知識表現(xiàn)形式實(shí)現(xiàn)了CHINAGAP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)知識共享與重用,為進(jìn)一步的CHINAGAP相關(guān)軟件和語義網(wǎng)開發(fā)提供參考。采用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)對CHINAGAP認(rèn)證歷史資料關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則進(jìn)行挖掘,通過對經(jīng)典Apriori算法的改進(jìn),優(yōu)化運(yùn)算流程,獲得了用戶使用CHINAGAP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的偏好模式。采用多指標(biāo)的控制點(diǎn)評價(jià)模型,將專家經(jīng)驗(yàn)與歷史上的用戶偏好相結(jié)合進(jìn)行分析判斷,結(jié)果擇優(yōu)向用戶推薦,使專家系統(tǒng)的推理既具科學(xué)性又有人性化,推薦結(jié)果更符合用戶自身特點(diǎn),可操作性強(qiáng)。CHINAGAP可追溯系統(tǒng)基于CHINAGAP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)追溯內(nèi)容,采用故障樹分析法建立相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估模型,由信息查詢模塊、環(huán)節(jié)管理模塊、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估模塊、標(biāo)簽管理模塊、系統(tǒng)維護(hù)模塊5部分組成,實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)記錄檔案電子化存儲和查詢、生產(chǎn)失敗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的評估、追溯標(biāo)簽的生成等功能。通過對CHINAGAP生產(chǎn)與認(rèn)證服務(wù)平臺、專家系統(tǒng)和可追溯系統(tǒng)的推廣使用情況調(diào)查,用戶對平臺和兩個(gè)系統(tǒng)的評價(jià)基本符合設(shè)計(jì)之初的目標(biāo),在CHINAGAP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)宣傳、認(rèn)證服務(wù)、生產(chǎn)指導(dǎo)等方面都發(fā)揮了較好的作用,同時(shí)也發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些問題與不足,為下一步改進(jìn)平臺欄目設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)的功能方面提供了重要參考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the concept, content, standard system, development course and current situation of good agricultural norms are systematically studied. This paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of China's good Agricultural Standards (CHINAGAPP). Based on the good agricultural standard extension and information construction work carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture High quality Agricultural products Development Service Center, the CHINAGAP production and certification information service platform is studied in this paper. The development and application of the expert system and the traceability system, and the investigation and analysis of the popularization and use of the above-mentioned system. The production and certification information service platform of CHINAGAP is targeted at agricultural producers, certification agencies and consumers. Technically, the ASP.NET three-tier architecture with a good cross-platform nature is adopted. The good agricultural standard production and certification information service platform is divided into two parts: foreground display and background management. The contents of CHINAGAP production and certification information service platform include work dynamics, work hall, certification progress query, authentication statistics, user login, Certification application, data download, inquiry area, feature function, online investigation, in-station search, friendship link 12 columns, effective implementation of CHINAGAP production and certification information services, knowledge inquiries, online certification applications, The expert system of CHINAGAP is designed as service layer, business logic layer and data layer with B / S architecture and MVC design pattern. The specific functions include standard consultation module, knowledge management module, production management scheme recommendation module, etc. User management module, system maintenance module and help module. Through ontology reasoning and data mining technology, The recommendation function of CHINAGAP control point .CHINAGAP standard knowledge is realized successfully. Ontology is used as knowledge representation to realize CHINAGAP standard knowledge sharing and reuse. Data mining technology is used to mine the association rules of CHINAGAP authentication history data. By improving the classical Apriori algorithm, the operation flow is optimized. The preference model of user using CHINAGAP standard is obtained. The expert experience and historical user preference are analyzed and judged by using multi-index control point evaluation model, and the results are recommended to the user. The reasoning of the expert system is scientific and humanized, the recommended results are more in line with the user's own characteristics, and the traceability system has strong maneuverability based on the CHINAGAP standard content design traceability. The corresponding risk assessment model is established by using fault tree analysis, which consists of five parts: information query module, link management module, risk assessment module, label management module and system maintenance module. To realize the functions of electronic storage and query of production records, evaluation of production failure risk, generation of traceability labels, etc. Through the investigation of the popularization and use of CHINAGAP production and certification service platform, expert system and traceability system, The evaluation of the platform and the two systems is basically in line with the initial design objectives, and has played a better role in the CHINAGAP standard promotion, certification services, production guidance, and so on. At the same time, some problems and deficiencies have been found. It provides an important reference for the next step to improve the platform column design and the function of the system.
