不同碳氮比下牛糞高溫堆肥腐熟進(jìn)程研究

【摘要】:為有效處理奶牛場(chǎng)養(yǎng)殖糞污,建立以之為原料的牛糞有機(jī)肥高效堆肥工藝,本文通過工廠堆肥試驗(yàn),以牛糞為主料,以蘑菇渣、稻殼為輔料,設(shè)置C/N=15、C/N=25、C/N=35三個(gè)處理,研究不同碳氮比原料高溫堆肥過程中堆體溫度、pH值、EC、C/N和養(yǎng)分等理化指標(biāo)的變化。結(jié)果表明,C/N=25堆體達(dá)到的溫度最高,達(dá)到最高溫度所需時(shí)間最短且保持65℃以上時(shí)間最長。堆肥過程中各處理pH值變化基本一致,均是先升高后降低再升高最后趨于穩(wěn)定,各處理EC都是先波動(dòng)上升后在波動(dòng)中逐漸下降并趨于穩(wěn)定。各處理堆體在堆肥過程中,C/N也都呈現(xiàn)逐步減小的趨勢(shì),并最終保持穩(wěn)定。至堆肥結(jié)束時(shí),各處理C/N分別11.7、15.0和21.3。各處理銨態(tài)氮含量逐漸下降,硝態(tài)氮含量逐漸增加,至堆肥結(jié)束時(shí),銨態(tài)氮的損失量分別為80.7%、36.6%和46.7%,硝態(tài)氮含量分別增加到0.61 g kg~(-1)、0.50 g kg~(-1)、0.41 g kg~(-1)。堆肥結(jié)束時(shí),各處理胡敏酸類、富里酸類等物質(zhì)成為DOM的主體部分,N1、N3處理發(fā)芽指數(shù)大于50%但小于85%,N2處理發(fā)芽指數(shù)大于85%。各處理堆肥全磷、全鉀含量在堆肥結(jié)束時(shí)比堆肥初始均有所增加。因此,牛糞高溫堆肥能有效處理奶牛場(chǎng)養(yǎng)殖廢棄物,且C/N=25時(shí)堆肥效果最佳。
[Abstract]:In order to deal with dairy-raising manure effectively, and to establish an efficient composting process of cow manure organic manure as raw material, this paper, through composting experiment in factory, took cow dung as main material, mushroom dregs and rice husk as auxiliary materials, and set up three treatments, C / N ~ (15) C / N _ (15) C / N ~ (25) C / N ~ (3 +) ~ (35). The changes of physical and chemical indexes such as pH value, ECC / N and nutrients during composting at high temperature with different C / N ratios were studied. The results showed that the temperature of C / N / N 25 reactor reached the highest. It takes the shortest time to reach the highest temperature and the longest time to keep above 65 鈩,
